Ian came to do my daughter’s home inspection. He was very thorough, explained everything, even takes videos to show. Would definitely recommend! We really appreciate the time he took and can tell he enjoys his job and does it very well. Would highly recommend Wright inspection. The report is also very easy to navigate.

Had Wright do an inspection on a new construction in New Albany and they did a fantastic job. Ian Nicholson was the inspector and was outstanding. Very personable and answered all my questions as a first time home buyer and was willing to help me learn what to look out for when buying a new house. Was extremely thorough in his inspection and discovered a litany of issues that would have required me to make costly repairs. Would recommend Wright to all my family and friends. The inspector I had was very knowledgeable, very thorough and very professional. He had our report done within 30 minutes after completion. He found every single issue top to bottom, inside and out. I'm actually glad he didn't do the inspection on the house we sold!😁 I would definitely recommend Wright Inspections, especially because of their slogan..... Great experience from start to finish. Good pricing, appointment the very next day, reminder text, courtesy text from the tech Ian to confirm his arrival, visual explanation of some of his findings during inspection, and a finished report before he left my driveway. I couldn't recommend Wright Choice more!
