Had the new Pretzel bun baconator! The burgers were cooked perfectly. Big burger lots of bacon! Highly recommended. The nice hot French fries were fresh. Awesome job 👌 wendys!

My favorite store in town! The workers are awesome, and we love the food! The remodel is great and we are thrilled to be back.

We are part of a car group who cruises in on Sunday afternoons. Wendy's crew is always very welcoming.

My family's "go to" for emergency fast food dinner. Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, Chili, Fries and a drink. Affordable and good. Also, the drive-thru employees are always super nice.

If there is a gold star standard for fast food excellence this Wendys location deserves it.. Spotless dining room...superior customer service and management that inspires employees...Great job crew members!!!

Wendy's on Republic Rd in Springfield is the best. The employees are very nice and personable. Great Experience !!!

In my opinion, Wendy's is trying harder to pick up their customer service and food preparation. This particular Wendy's has improved in all areas. I bought our dinner there again today and was very pleased. The beef here is the best tasting, 100% beef among the fast food industry, again, IMO.

We are homeless, and hadn't eaten all day, and chose this location to finally grab a bite to eat because I wanted to apply for a job, too, well, the cashier observed our financial position and took it up on herself to offer a discount that took $5.00 off our total price making the meal almost half the cost and helping us immensely! All employees are friendly and have great attitudes, manager very professional and restaurant very clean. Food was fresh and delicious

Came in late and asked for fresh stuff. They delivered and did awesome. Jada was super nice and very chill. The whole staff was awesome. Thanks guys!

I frequent this Wendy's for breakfast during my work week and they knock it out of the park each and every time. The food is served hot, tastes great, and the manager on duty is always attentive and involved with helping get orders out quick and accurate. Really appreciate them and the smiling faces, keep up the great work!

Josh!!! The manager was incredible! We had an 80$ order with several different parts and he kept everything organized and remembered who ordered what! He mad the experience

The employees were kind & upbeat. I felt like I was listened to well. My burger wasn't very warm when I got it, but I don't really need anything fancy for $5. Which, btw, the 5 dollar meal deal is incredible. And addictive. Highly recommend it though

Really enjoy Wendy's $4 and $5 bags, their french fries are fantastic, I like the new ones with the skins and always ask them to cook them just a little bit crispier. . The burgers are perfect size, I enjoy the junior bacon cheeseburger as well as the double cheeseburger which I always ask for lettuce tomato and Mayo. Plenty of food and I'm always satisfied.

Went through the drive thru. I ordered a sandwich with bacon & the cheese fries with bacon 🥓 😋. It was after a Dr.'s appt. & I couldn't eat before my test. I was craving bacon that day because I wasn't able to eat until after 3:30!
