They deliver pallets of parts to my house about 3 times a month. Most courteous and helpful drivers of all the shipping companies I use. 👍👍

Signage is too small and hidden by brush and trees to see easily when coming from the east. Staff very friendly and helpful!

Driver called and asked if there was room to turn around. There is. We've had full semis here.
He then refused to even go down the road, and planned on dropping a 200 pound box off onto the highway.
When i asked why he didn't go down the road, let alone deliver to a house with a turnaround, his response was "that's why I drive, and you do whatever you do."

Amazingly rude, and just pushed the box off and left. Some drivers should be asked to stay at home.

It’s amazing how twice now I’ve sat at my house all day expecting a pick up to not have anyone arrive and pick up the package. The entire day passed without so much as a phone call to reschedule or explain the delay. I’ve had to hound them endlessly to get any movement and still I cannot get them to do their job.
