I must say that the delivery service was GREAT!!! They were in and out in a flash and made sure that everything was PERFECT! They really paid attention to detail, making sure that they cleaned up after themselves and showed respect for our home!! My sales associate Amari was top notch! Did all he could to make sure that we were taken care of! Patience was the lesson learned, but we LOVE our set!!

Saturday when we met Mari, he was so extremely helpful! So willing to visualize our space and help us find the perfect fit! We had forgotten to measure our home, so Mari gave us the dimensions and information and said come on back! When we got home, sadly, what we had picked did not fit so we went with plan b! We came back on Sunday and it was Mari’s day off, so we finished our sale with Bob! He was just as helpful and understanding! He got our paperwork settled and answered! The teamwork was amazing and we are so pleased with our experience! Thank you guys!!

Great experience. From start to finish. No complaints! Bob was nothing but very helpful, patient, nice, & down to earth. He was wonderful! The front desk/customer service was great, very nice & so was the back loading help. Everyone I encountered from all the 3 parts was all very nice & helpful.

Corey greeted me right away. Told me layout of store and said if I had any questions just ask. Then let me shop without hovering ( I really appreciate that) Found a set similar to one I had seen in Saginaw. Corey came to find me and ask if I needed help, which I did because the set didn't have a price and everything else in the store was priced. They had just brought out this couch and loveseat set and hadn't made sign yet. He went and got price for me. It was higher than the one in Saginaw. He spoke to the man in charge and he matched the price. I bought it!! The girl at the desk also was helpful and pleasant. Great shopping experience. Hoping delivery goes as well as purchasing.

Bob A is an incredible sales associate. He truly took the time to speak to me about all of our needs and what the furniture would be used for. He went over all of the protection plan details with great detail. He was the only sales person at many locations who actually seemed to care and make me feel like I was more than just a commission to him. This is definitely the place to go to buy furniture. Best place to go. He was very knowledgeable about materials and the furniture. Very impressed.

Mari was a great not only sales associate but floor manager! We had a situation happen with a rude sales associate named Ashley and Mari was the ONLY reason we came back and spent over 5,000 dollars cash! His personality and his apologetic nature closed the sale for sure! He was able to give us a great deal and we are so happy with the purchase! The couch is so beautiful and comfy! ❤ The mattress is so plush and loved the built in cooling feature! ❤ We will definitely be back because of him! Thank you Mari for being amazing at what you do!!! No pressure furniture store. Incredibly helpful staff, even the salespersons that weren’t helping us. Got more than we thought we’d be able to! Went for a couch and was able to get a couch, table and chairs (2) for what we had budgeted! Definitely recommend.

LOVE our new sectional! Delivery and set up was quick and definitely worth it! The only small thing is I was told I’d get a call 40 minutes before arrival but instead, received one when they were 3 minutes out. Not a huge deal, but luckily I was close to home.

Josh did an amazing job. He made the experience of buying a new dresser for my daughter quick and easy. I would highly recommend working with Josh!!!

Hubs and I went shopping for a dining room table and a sleeper for a guest room. Bob A was a super sales agent and gave us a great experience. He was low pressure, worked to find us what we needed, dealt honestly, and was friendly and personable. We will be back for future needs!

We just had our furniture delivered by Dee and Brandon. Called before they arrived to give us a heads up which I appreciate. I went into Ashley’s not knowing what I was looking for, and I had numerous questions. Corey is amazing, I will recommend him to any of family/friends that’s in need of furniture. He was very patient, answered all the questions I had and was very thorough on explaining things so I understood. Corey truly is amazing.

Corey was awesome! I walked in unsure of even what my budget was or what kind of bed I was looking for, but in the end, we figured out a budget, found a bed that matched my needs and laughed about how you may or may not be able to eat a Purple mattress during a zombie apocalypse.. (someone needs to fact check this). I will for sure be back to work with Corey soon to purchase the rest of my furniture!
