SHANNON D is amazing she helped me reach a new level by picking selective premium strains that my blind eye couldn't see and she has a nose for great weed. Marcel is the man who make the magic happen He's like an 4/20 Walt Disney you can't help but to love the guy, but overall these Guys have a well rounded team of Allstars that makes the best and most welcoming Dispensary experience

Katrina helped my boyfriend and I out today and she was the most helpful and informative person ever! She was amazing and knew so much about the products and the sales it was extremely impressive. We will definitely be back thanks to her!!

I really like this place compared to other weed shops I have been to. The wait is never that long and you get individual attention. Someone comes to get you and takes you back to get what you want. If you don't know what you want they are very helpful and attentive to your needs. Everyone I have worked with so far has been great. Miranda has helped me a few times and she is always a pleasure and has a great attitude. Today she went above and beyond and provided examplary customer service. I was $1 short for what I was getting and she pulled a dollar out of her pocket and gave it to me. I offered to go to my car and get change and she wouldn't hear of it. Thank you Miranda! They also have great deals and you earn cash back on your purchases. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Five stars all day!

Amanda was my bud tender today and she was super cool and friendly and even went the extra mile to help us with a dollar so we didn’t have to pay the atm fee! Never had any other tender do that for me. Shout to Amanda!! I’ll definitely be back to shop again.

Austin is the most amazing human..being our first time he was excited to give us the tour. He was courteous and that smile... brilliant..

Alexis is always super helpful with me and my friend when we go. Love her attitude, her outgoing nature, and her smile. Definitely would recommend her for anyone.

The place is very clean and the people are very helpful, friendly and very nice. They don't make you feel like like they are in a hurry to get to the next customer in other words I didn't feel rushed .It's was ok to take my time. Very happy with the place.

Was my first time visiting and had such a lovely time. Dylan M. had knowledge of the layout, products, and was able to point me in the right direction for what I was looking for. It was also so kind to hear from a genuine voice how much enjoyment is experienced through the positive support they receive in the work community and the nuances of what creates that support.

Lex has no problem building rapport with everyone they come in contact with. That in itself is a great customer service skill to possess.

This was my first time in the store, it’s absolutely beautiful. Let start off by saying it’s by far the the best dispensary around here! The prices are the lowest in town and they carry everything you need. The store is super clean and organized. My wife and I were a little intimidated at first but the manger Marcel was so nice and made our experience memorable. He took his time with us and answered all of our questions. He was so patient and knowledgeable which made our experience comfortable. I’ll definitely be back and refer my friends and family to joyolgy! Thank you :)
