National Public House

We've been to National Public House on a regular basis since they opened. Absolutely always incredible from the cocktails to the staff to the food! Everything is always perfect! Tonight we went to a special reservation only Wild Game dinner with drink pairing! I can't even describe how amazing this dinner was! The chef, drink guru, dessert specialist, owners, and staff at this place are phenomenal! Nothing in the area compares! Enjoy!

This place was such a cool discovery for me. It's very unique. I'm not in Leechburg very often and I was so impressed when I stumbled upon this place. The food and service were exceptional and the design/atmosphere was so cool. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful establishment. Menu options all looked amazing. It was so hard to choose a meal with so many amazing dishes being offered. The building was beautiful and had lots of neat little decorations and details. The staff was super friendly!

Delicious meal with a small but diverse menu. Nice selection of cocktails and the server was pleasant. Consider it upper casual dining.

Nina, our server was excellent and our dinner was well prepared and delicious. Meal service was nicely paced and the atmosphere is lovely. This team of restaurant owners has another success on their hands. Sorry that it took us so long to visit. We will return toot sweet!

We were totally blown away by our experience here. The building was always cool but they've made changes to the menu and the atmosphere that really take it to a new level. The flavors were out of this world, the cocktails were phenomenal and we had a blast in the space. Can't wait to go back

Great service and food! The entrée menu is a bit limited. However, what they serve is excellent, and the appetizers were amazing too!!! Our server, Lexi, was friendly and attentive.

We met my brother his wife and son for lunch. The building is beautifully restored and the interior warm and inviting. We were sat immediately and our server was there waiting. We ordered and the food arrived quickly. Everything was fresh and delicious. The prices were surprisingly Low especially with the quality of food. I honestly recommend this fine establishment. Treat yourself to something that is a cut above most places without breaking the bank.

Rustic restoration of a beautiful building plus a fantastic menu and great bar, so what’s not to like? We eat there often, but not often enough.

Had a fantastic time last night. Sean and the gang continue to impress. The Baja Shrimp and Blackened Scallops were out of this world!

I had a luncheon for my sister-in-law to be. The National Public House was the perfect place to have it!! Drinks- excellent, food- excellent, atmosphere- excellent (love the fireplace). Servers, Nina and Dawn were wonderful, prepared, helpful and nice! We all had a wonderful experience at NPH!!!

The chef has crazy combinations that excite the palate and satisfy. Always excited to see new menus.. portions are great and service never fails So glad they didn’t let restaurant sit after twisted thistle went out

Very unique, relaxing, and quiet. Fantastic service and food ... well was great. Everyone in our party (7 folks) all raved about quality and portion size. A must visit restaurant if traveling thru the area.

First time here. My blackened Mahi was great! The waitress was attentive, and prices were fair. We will be back.

Excellent place for cocktails and elevated dinning. But more importantly, the owner supports local fire stations. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a nice atmosphere, this is the place! I had the brussel sprouts and the steak sandwich with chips. Everything was excellent. Great specialty drinks too

Twisted Thistle is one of those gems that you keep hidden in mind, to come back to for special occasions! Upon walking through the door, one is immediately taken back to another era. The architecture was beautiful and I am sad that I did not take the time to enquire about its history. Although, not inexpensive, I still felt I received good value because of the quality of food. The Thistle did not disappoint in any category. From appetizers through dessert, the four of us were pleased.

Burger was mindblowing....cheesecake should be on a national registry ....great atmosphere with some really cool nostalgic decor.....can't wait to return. Do the seasoned chips and cheese for an appetizer, amazing.

I can't say enough good about this place. The food is wonderful. Granted, as far as entrees I only will eat the steak because every time it is PERFECTION. The apps, steaks, and desserts that I have tried are really, really great. The staff is informed, attentive, and friendly. The bar offers a large selection and the cocktails are very good. The atmosphere is very rustic and beautiful. It is a great place for a date night or an event. Highly recommend.
