Zak is wonderful! His customer service was on point. He answered all of my questions, recommended the best deals, and helped me to find a plan that works for my family. He has helped me maintain my phone plan for the past 7 years, and continues to provide the kind of service that people need. I will never go to another store!

I was in the market for a new phone and trying to decide on the newest Samsung or iPhone. I was greeted by Zak as I walked in the door to a super clean and well organized store. Zak showed me the different functional displays models and explained the features of both. I decided on the iPhone 15 pro Max then Zak was able to help me get it setup and transferred all my data from my old phone. He even got me a great deal on a new case. Zak was patient and friendly, a great asset to this location. If you need a new phone or have any questions, make sure you go and see Zak!

This is the second time I was assisted by DJ and I was extremely pleased with his knowledge and assistance. He explained differences in my two phone choices and helped me better understand the features of both. I left happy with my new Galaxy!

My mom, my sister and I visited the store today in Leechburg. We were combining two accounts and adding a new one. It was a lot to deal with, especially since we were transferring one of them from another carrier and Zak was very helpful extremely kind and unendingly patient. He was dealing with the three of us, in addition to helping the other associate in the store with various customers. He is certainly an asset and we truly appreciate him.
