The Palisades Apartments

Great place, location, and amazing staff. Both the Leasing and maintenance staff were fantastic. Could not recommend this place more. Also occasionally would have cute set ups in the lobby for different holidays with goodie bags which was always nice .

The Palisades Apartment management team is awesome! They are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Nancy went out of her way to show me an open apartment while I was in town as well as made me feel apart of the palisades community by leaving me a gift from one of the apartment events! Nancy and Flor are a power team and bring fantastic energy. Good prices. Updated flooring and cabinets! Great location and apartment for a young professional!

I lived in the Palisades for a little over 5 years. The draw to it, by far, is the location. Right in the heart of Logan Circle and just blocks from downtown, you are within walking distance to virtually everything you need in DC. To the young professional working in DC it is a no brainer. Tons of dining, shopping, and entertainment options surround you. The apartments are certainly small (all studios), but have spacious walk-through closets that give plenty of storage space. Hot water is centralized in the building so it never runs out. The complex is small and residents mostly keep to themselves, and there is average noise from other residents in the complex. There is no gym on site, but there is a rooftop common area and grill that is a nice touch and a place to gather on nice days. Reserved parking (for additional monthly) is limited but is nice for such a small complex. They have a secure package delivery system that helps to cut down on package thefts, and a mini office that is staffed daily by the nicest and most friendly lady you will ever meet! The building is dated, and the one slight annoyance from that is that there are plumping repairs taking place almost monthly that require water to be shut off for the entire building usually for a few hours during the week.

I can honestly say though that any issue that came up during my time there were handled swiftly and appropriately from management and maintenance. Flor is the best, as well as the entire maintenance staff who work diligently to fix any problems that come up.

Was happy to call the Palisades home and would certainly recommend it to others!

So far loving my time here- it is in such a great location right off 14th and central to the rest of DC and the management team is fantastic.

Friendly staffs and always available for help you. I have fun with the events they create and I'm enjoying the spring on rooftop!!!

I love where I live! Great location, you can walk to almost anywhere in the District. The management does a lot of cool things for their residents like free breakfast appreciation days.
My apartment is great too, love the hardwood floors! Layout of bathroom is a little weird, no fan or ventilation.
Wish my building had some of the amenities the other buildings have such as a work out facility (although it is shared) and dry cleaning.
The roof top is great in the summer months as well.
The application process was quite extensive though I will say, so be prepared.

Great location and the bldg is very clean . Not a flashy place with crazy amenities, but for the price, it’s more the worth it.

I only had a couple of hiccups, that were remedied, but did cause some annoyance. I’ve come home 4 times now to someone in my parking space and had to find someone to find the person. Super annoying.

The air wasn’t working, but it was taken care of within a reasonable time (thankfully I left town) and works perfectly.

The response times from property managers/employees is a major plus in their column.
