Mr. William has been a very valuable asset to this community. He has come to the assistance of us as residence here just about every single day. I'm grateful that he's here

I dropped in for a tour. Mr. William didn't hesitate to show me around. I was greeted with the warmest greeting I had ever encountered during my apartment search. If they had 2 berms available I would have applied immediately. Mr. William did tell me about their many other properties which I will check out.

The Phoenix has been amazing! William is especially wonderful. Went out of his way to make sure my transition was smooth. It's is also perfectly located on 14th street so there are a bunch of great places to eat and shop within a 10 minute walk.

The Phoenix Apts. are absolutely great. William has shown a great amount of caring for us here. Thank you for allowing him to be the presence here.

Fantastic time for living in here! I have multiple experience with different apartments. To be honest, here is the best place I ever had. Thanks for William, Tangela, Ruth, Kirby, and everyone from the front desk and maintenance team, you are all doing your best to keep this place safely and lovely.

Just moved in and this place is great Tangela the manager is so warm and nice to everyone. I met the other staff William is so up beat and friendly. Ruth and Mr Kirby are so so nice and Avery is so funny he always wants a diet coke lol. Move to the building the team here is great

Just moved in after looking for an apartment that felt like a real community. We were very impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. Everyone was nice and trying to help us accommodate as much as possible. Our apartment was so clean and tidy. The common areas are also well-maintained. We are really happy to be here and looking forward to enjoy more our living here. Awesome community!

Our experience at the Phoenix was totally positive.The office staff is AMAZING, so friendly and easy to work with. The maintenance has always been quick and efficient, although we never had any big issues. The common areas are nice and impeccable clean. It is a very pet-friendly community, residents are all courteous and respectful. It is the perfect place to call home. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Apartment shopping is absolutely the worst. Thankfully The Phoenix apartment by Daro at its an incredible location and not just that But what make it more beautiful and feel like home is the staff Tangela, Ruth, William, Avery and Kirby they are the best team you can have in DC as management, Keeping the building safe and clean the most important what its hard to find apartments and its a plus They understan You and with all the passion and hard work make you feel like home, for an apartment All I had to say is what was give her the details of what else can you ask this apartment is an best and ideal location, So worth it.

The staff is the best, they are so incredibly kind and nice, always trying to help and to make sure you feel safe and happy at home!

My rating of the staff remains the same, but now the building has taken a turn for the worse!! With all the additional apartments being thrown in, the RATS are about to run me outta here!! Didn't get one inkling of sleep last night for tryna keep them from coming through the baseboards. Not to mention my water hasn't been flowing in my bathtub for over a week now!! Everything was good until MANAGEMENT GOT GREEDY, AND STARTED THESE NEW ADDITIONS, now living here is my NEWEST NIGHTMARE!!! Do Better By The Residents That Are Already Here!!!! This Is UNACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICES OF RENTING HERE. MR.WILLIAM DESERVES A MEDAL, BECAUSE HE'S ALWAYS TRYING TO FIX SOMETHING, AND IT'S NOT EVEN HIS JOB!!

Incredibly bad pest control problem here. Bed bugs tend to move from floor to floor
