Old church, circa 1892 meets sleek and new. It's rare to find a beautiful well run boutique apartment building on a quiet tree lined block in the heart of Dupont Circle. The apartments, the location and the staff are all top notch

Tried three different ways to reach the leasing team to even schedule a tour of this building, all were ignored. The website allows you to book a phone call, but no one calls. If you can't even reach them about leasing, I can not imagine the nightmare that it must be to reach anyone once you live there.

Scheduled a tour online and arrived at the specified time only to find no one there. I called numerous times during business hours but only ever reached an answering machine. No one responded to the phone messages I left or the messages I sent via the online contact form. If my experience is indicative of how management deals with its residents, probably a good sign to avoid leasing here. Rents also seem high for the area compared to other places I toured—perhaps the apartments/amenities are worth it but I wouldn’t know having not been able to see any of them.
