CVS Pharmacy

I just used this pharmacy for the first time. They were fast and friendly, and they seemed to be well-staffed. I will definitely use them again in the future.

No improvement needed. Not Only did the Pharmacy rep save me from paying $500.00 or $135.00 or $35.00 but he went very far out of his way to help me ( did it for me rather than saying go home and do this). $10.00 was the cost. Yes i remember his name but maybe not correct to put it here. I told CVS.

The most unorganized Pharmacy I've been to in my life. Insane wait times, understaffed, and even if your medication is expedited you should be able to expect to spend at least an hour wait. I understand working understaffed is very difficult, and it's not the workers fault. I'm more upset with management for not knowing how to staff properly and allow the pharmacy to succeed.

Unfortunately, they seem understaffed at the pharmacy for the amount of prescriptions coming in. I waited a day from my doctor appointment to come in for a prescription and was told it wasn’t started and would be ready in 20 minutes. I said I would come back and when I returned 4 hours later, I was told the same thing. The employees are stressed and seemingly doing their best, so I don’t find fault in them, really, but the communication was lost somewhere and it’s likely due to being overwhelmed.

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Every time I’m here there is always an issue, and they are incapable of taking responsibility. If there were more pharmacies in Kutztown I would say to go to literally any other one. Most of the staff has no idea what they are doing every time I am there. It is actually embarrassing for them.

It is a bunch of stress every single time I come here. It used to be good but I feel like ever since COVID, they have struggled. While it may not be the workers fault that they are short staffed, it IS their fault that they lie to customers. For example, my dad called yesterday to ask about one of my prescriptions (I wasn’t able to because I was in class), and they said it definitely would be ready by 4pm. So I go and wait and they say that it hasn’t even been filled yet, then the lady whispers to me that they are behind 6 days. I’m sorry but that is ridiculous. I’m considering changing to a different CVS as my dad goes to the Hellertown one and never has any issues.

This place is a joke in regards to prescriptions. You go days after a script is called in and told you still have to wait. They will never answer the phone. Why bother being open if you are that short staffed you can't even do the job. They clearly do not work on anything for you until you actually go there to pick it up and have to wait any way. Totally understand the medical industry is short staffed but clearly something has to give.

It’s such a shame the way the pharmacy handles inquiries or problems. I requested research due to opioids missing from my mom’s prescription, initialed by someone there with the amount given instead. Never heard from the pharmacy after for the meds missing. When I asked the pharmacy, I was spoken to in a tone you wouldn’t expect an older profesional speak to anyone. Upon being referred to manager.. what a waste. Took me days to get a hold of him, only for him to deny everything. Told ne he would research, but never heard from him. Only keep going due to the convenient location.
