My insurance would only pay for a 90 day prescription, but my doctor only wanted a 30 day because we were seeing how the medication would work. The pharmacist helped me find a coupon and I was able to save money without my insurance.

My granddaughter was ill so I reserved her a visit at the clinic online. It was very convenient because she did not have to wait a long time. Josh was very helpful and proficient. Thank you so much.

I didn't have to wait too long for my last booster covid shot. Also had my flu shot at the same time. Very personable medical staff.

My monthly medication that I usually pay 0.00 for (insurance finally worth something !) Was out of stock in my regular pharmacy and back ordered. My doctor sent it in to CVS. cvs doesn't allow insurance coverage for this medication and refused to accept any discount RX cards , because and I quote "the fraudulent people that get morphine and other drugs" this medication is not morphine or any kind of pain medication, so I have no idea why she compared it to that.... but...she did. When I agreed to pay for it because of the shortage in the pharmacies and getting my doctor to change it again would have been difficult because he was off for the rest of day and weekend , the tech said they might not even fill it. When it was being processed she also said we might not have any left by the time it goes through. No help or communication Was offered. She also said it was there lunch time so she couldn't help me any further and too many patients were coming right at their lunch time. Lunch time was 130 and it was 1 pm. I came back hours later and received the medication for 200$ Thanks CVS for not allowing my insurance to cover my meds. I also read CVS was in many lawsuits for over filling this medication, so because of the mistakes of the Dr's and pharmacists and pharma companies that were taking advantage of people and getting rich , I now have to suffer because they were caught. Even though I pay for insurance, I have a full time job. And in school finishing my degree. And I do not abuse my medications. I see my doctor and I am respectful to all staff. But I get treated like I am a criminal for just having certain medications that I have been on for over 20 years.

The drive through is closed indefinitely; I had to wait about 10 minutes at the counter while the pharmacy tech chit-chatted with other customers--not in line but shopping; and then I was charged my insurance co-pay rather than SingleCare price; and I was told I would have to wait until the pharmacist could correct it. The customer service at the Menaul location is terrible, and their excuse is that they are "understaffed."
