McDonald's

They were very quick and the play place seemed very clean as well. No kids present but looked clean.

this restaurant has a new GM and new owners. They have some really great employees now and the GM has even hired people whom have ran stores prior. This places speed has definitely picked up the pace a lot from the years prior and is so much better than what it was. You can tell the improvements. Good job McDonalds staff and team members. You deserve the recognition.

We had breakfast here at 530 am and we were surprised it was open and I feel horrible because the lady seemed really stressed out at the drive through and she burned her arm while making my oatmeal and rob had his steak and bagel meal well we went through again because we were still hungry and to ask if the lady was alright and she was still working up a storm ...we thank you so much for your service oatmeal steak bagel/hash brown and coke a cola server ..we hope you got your arm taken care of. Take it easy slow down and take five...because nothing is worth getting burned over...

Fast and friendly we love the play area especially when it's cold outside

It's been years since I've been to McDonald's, mostly on account of cold food,bad service,and dirty conditions. My husband told me 2 days ago he went in for iced tea, ended up with a hot fresh meal that was delicious. I didn't believe him until this morning when I got breakfast hot fresh fast and delicious!!!!😋🤤 keep up the good work Mcdonald's!!!

This McDonald's in my opinion is great but so is the jaylynn street McDonald's. But this one has a play place still available and is always clean and organized.

I waited in line to order 10 minutes. Then waited another 10 minutes after I ordered. When I did get to the window to pay, the female at the window complained about her day. She had to help up front because there where teenagers up front and she had to work that window, because the only other person who knew how to work the register was on fryer or grill. She stated , it is going to be a long day. The only way I shut her up was to pull forward a little and roll my window up. It is the same every time I go to this McDonald's. An employee complains and I have to wait and wait in line. A person would think the food would be fresh and hot since we had to wait so long. Wrong, the food is thrown together and barely warm.
This is the worst McDonald's I have ever eaten at.
Also I ordered the new, well advertised breakfast stix with chocolate. Well no surprise, they did not have any.

Everybody was really friendly the line went incredibly fast and the food was hot and fresh. They deserve this good review because it just seem like it really has improved at least by this visit anyhow.

The McDonald's was fine, typical food, came out quickly and was hot. I tried using the new touch screen menu, it was ok, I was able to order the correct meal, however my co-worker was able to order at the counter and pay for his food before I was completed ordering. I will go to the counter next time.

Most reviews are from ppl that have had a bad experience. I understand. Howeve,r we frequent this McDonald almost 2 times a week just because we enjoy the fresh food and friendly service. We live near another McDonalds but drive the extra 8 miles to this one because the staff and food is so much better.

I took out and out of all the McDonald's I ate too that was one of the best ones and the ladies got my order right and everything was hot and fresh including the coffee if you're ever on that side of nappanee stop in and talk to the ladies they're very wonderful and friendly

By far some of the best service at a McDonald's that I have ever.

The lady was very polite, and the best part was, getting the order right the first time. We ordered two large coffees. McDonald's has the best coffee of all ! And l rate it #1 !!!

The employees at this McDonald's were very friendly and accommodating.

Staff friendly and place is clean

This one in Nappanee was great. Had the order ready when we got to the window and it was correct. Far better service at this one than the ones in Elkhart. The one on N. MAIN in Elkhart is the worst one I have ever been to.

Line was fast had my doordash all ready for me and the people were all so friendly and sweet great first time experience with this location great job McDonald's

I go to this restaurant for the mocha frappé from San Francisco to Chicago bayview has the best ones ever. This location in Indiana however, not the best drink. I am sure it is perfectly fine in all other respects.

It's improving, that's for sure!
