Volvo Car USA Corporate Headquarters

This HQ is very clean and organized. A lot of people keep mistaking this for a dealership, which is not the case. Dealerships are contracted by this place but the staff that runs each dealership is different, and contacting the HQ can usually resolve any issues you might have with individual dealerships.

I love my 2016 Volvo V60. I am so sad that wagons has been removed from the US market.

I purchased a 2022 XC60. I had several issues with the infotainment, windows, exterior trim and engine warnings lights. At 19500 miles they said I needed brakes and rotors. Volvo corporation was no help. I paid $58,000 and traded it in for a Santa Fe. They gave me $34,000 for the Volvo. Look at consumer reports. They gave it a 2 out of 5. I'd give it a 1. Do your research! It was the worse car I ever had.

Let's say you buy a volvo. It doesn't come with a spare tire. You can't add a spare. Instead, you get a service that they say will take care of anything. So, you get a flat. You report it through the Volvo app. You wait 2 hours for a service truck. It comes and it has no spare, no ability to patch, no ability to tow. The service wasn't told anything about the car by the Volvo app. The main gist: VOLVO IS INCAPABLE OF COMMUNICATING ANYTHING RELEVANT ABOUT YOUR CAR THROUGH THE APP THEY DESIGNED TO COMMUNICATE WITH THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS.

No more Volvo. Volvo USA is not standing behind the car after selling to you. They will find a way to blame you. Don't waste your money and time. There are a lot of great car companies elsewhere.

Purchased a Volvo 7/2024 Certified and was informed at the last service that I needed tires. The vehicle had 14K. Volvo did nothing to resolve the issue. From the previous reviews which are poor Volvo USA should do whats right and honor the certification and pay for my tires.

Volvo S60(44k miles ) was brought in with AC issues one month prior to the warranty expiring. Some inexpensive parts were changed. AC kept degrading over the next year. Now that it is out of warranty, the evapotor($2,253) needs to be replaced. This is at Volvo of North Miami service center. I spoke to the service manager about to no avail. I would personally steer clear of a Volvo and especially this service center. The owner is in her mid 70's and does not drive the car much. If anyone wants to buy a Volvo with 57k miles and no AC, let me know. I will be buying her a Toyota Camry now like I suggested when we were car shopping.

Just did a bot of digging, and Volvo is a Chinese owned company. I should of bought a Toyota at the end of the day.
