Hands down BEST frozen yogurt place! Honestly my family and I stop here all the time even in the cold just to grab some desert. Always clean. Fresh. Friendly! I love my nightly yo factor trips ♥

Strawberry cheesecake is the best! Owners are very nice, clean and a lot of toppings to pick from! Best of the best, stop in!

Great little store.
The peeps working it were courteous & professional but still personal giving a very relaxing atmosphere. One of the owners got his ice cream experience from working for Hagen Daz for over a decade. The store is very well laid out with everything being very well marked, even naming all the flavors of the mixed ice cream. Some items are kosher some are not, check for yourself, they should all be clearly marked if they are

Me the Mrs. Stopped by this place Sat night. We enjoyed this place so much the lovely owners were there and walked us through the whole process as we have never been to this kind of place ever. It's a self serve soft yogurt and ice cream shop. They have so many different flavors to choose from. And they were so helpful and sweet to us. We really look forward to coming back here many times over and over again.

The best frozen yogurt around Toms River... great selection of flavors including non-dairy, nonfat, and low fat options, plus a ton of different toppings. The fresh cut strawberries and blueberries are my favorite. The store is clean and bright and the staff is always helpful.

First, let me say that this place has acquired new management [Marcie & Rob] a few months back, so the older reviews regarding management no longer are true!

My boyfriend Anthony and I love frequenting this place not only for their amazing yogurt, but for the owners welcoming/pleasant demeanor as well. They know my boyfriend by name [he's usually the one to pick up the yogurt] and Anthony always leaves happy as the owners make it a point to talk to him and ask how things have been.

To me, having that warm atmosphere is such a huge part of owning a business and I guarantee that if you visit this place you'll be satisfied!

The flavors offered here always taste fresh, even if you go in shortly before they're set to close for the day. They rotate new flavors in depending on the season / holidays coming up and it's exciting to see what they release.

The owners also make sure to rotate toppings often so it's easy to try out new combinations. They recently added cheesecake bites to their topping assortment and they genuinely tasted amazing!

The store is extremely clean and sanitary [which is super important during covid] which means there is never any reason to feel uncomfortable when going inside.

Big corporations can always bail themselves out, but small businesses rely on the community to help them thrive. So, as someone who loves frozen yogurt, please help support this small business so they can continue doing something they love!

So cute, so clean and nice friendly helpful staff. There are so many toppings to choose from and a nice selection of frozen yogurt flavors. So addictive. Definitely worth a visit!!

everything about this place is absolutely amazing. The couple that runs the place are so nice and so sweet. I've been going there for A while now and they're always the most friendly people you could possibly imagine.

Excellent selection and friendly staff. There was at least 12 different frozen yogurt choices (a few ice cream as well) and many, many, topping choices. Pay by weight of what you create (self service). Inside was impeccably clean and there were plenty of places to sit and enjoy (less If raining). It's a little pricey but for the novelty it's worth it.

Edit: bumping to 5 stars for amazing consistency. Every time we come it's a great experience and you can tell the owners are passionate about their store!

We love this frozen yogurt spot. The owners are sweet and courteous and do such a great job at keeping the store clean. We always enjoy going there with friends or even as a night out, it’s super cozy. Really good vibes and I highly recommend!

This store has become our favorite place this summer. We've been there multiple times & each time everything is very fresh & tasty. They give you a variety of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings. It's self serve which adds to the fun of the experience. The store is immaculate & the owners are so very nice. Looking forward to visiting during the fall & winter months.

Love Love Love Yo Factor!!! This is the best Froyo Place you’ll ever visit hands down. This is the absolute best self-serve food place you’ll ever go to in general. It is immaculately clean and no cross contamination. My boyfriend is allergic to peanuts and he never has to worry about having a reaction when coming here. Ingredients are always fresh and there is so many toppings to choose from. The yogurt flavors are always rotating, so there’s something new to try every time. The owners are the sweetest people and truly care about each customer having the best experience.

We go to Yo Factor frequently. It's very clean and the flavors are tasty. Staff is very nice and always welcoming. I'd recommend that you go.

Arrived at 1:30 with my 3 yr old on 2/8/23 not knowing they opened at 3 p.m. My son couldn't grasp why we were leaving without ice cream and would not leave the storefront. I'm assuming the manager or owner saw me losing the battle and walked outside with 2 ice pops for my son and I. He asked for nothing in return and was awesome. Amazing customer service experience.

I really had a great time here. The owner was super nice and informative, and keeps the place SUPER clean. I have an egg allergy and he gladly brought out the allergen information for me so i could safely eat. I’m so glad this frozen yogurt place is still open and i hope they continue to pop up again around the state. If you’re looking for a fun treat definitely go here it’s amazing!
