I stopped going to the Lowe's on Hooper Avenue because of the girl at the contractor check out she is miserable and has a bad tone all the time no personality at all I started going to the Manchester Lowe's and I deal mostly with the pro desk and they call it the pro desk because all these people at that counter act like pros and are knowledgeable with all their products they're unbelievable always helpful and I just dealt with the new guy there Mike for the first time on the phone he was so helpful great guy need more people like him there was a little problem with my order he straightened it right out I went into the store he went to the back and got Rebecca and they were both very very helpful can't say enough good things about these people and also the girl on the register who's generally there all the time at the commercial checkout is so sweet I forget her name always smiling and I've had some returns there and dealt with June and Angie and they're great I will always shop at this Lowe's and send all my customers there

The customer service girl Brenda, was as always, great. She's professional, courteous, efficient and personable.
She's the only real reason I go to that particular Lowe's store in Manchester.
Actually, I really do like the Manchester store, too. I like the layout there better than the closer Toms River store.
I've noticed recently departments are staffed and no longer necessary to page someone for help. Definitely an improvement.

Service was really good. Even though it was the end of a long shift for the rep that helped me 15 min to closing. He still took his time to find everything I needed and the colors I wanted.

Lowes is getting much better in product availability and prices. No longer hesitate to consider them a go to.

Staff is mostly helpful and accommodating. I enjoy walking around the store attempting to find items for my next project, which I don't know I was doing😄. But fear not there are experts to assist you with sound advice and lead you to just what need for the task at hand! 👍they also have a great garden center as well!🏵🌹🌲🍀🌴

I give the employee who helped me in electrical 5 stars but the checkout process ZERO!! They have a new exclusive chandelier that I HAD to have and stores are low on stock. I went here and it wasn't in the aisle or bay listed, when the employee looked it up he said they just got a few in but he had to find them. Well.... They were on the top shelf, WAY up there, wrapped with others on a pallet... He went and got the lift, and of course that particular light was on the bottom of the pallet and he had to take others down, and he did and was very friendly.
Checkout is horrible with only 2 regular check-outs and the rest being self check-outs.If you have the veterans discount you can't just use your number at the self, only at a register with an employee, which doesn't make much sense being once you've been verified to receive that discount it's in the computer and the employee just punches in your phone # after that when you shop, so why not allow that at the self checkout? Needless to say, the person in front of me had a ton of stuff, was short changed and the cashier had locked herself out of the register and had to wait for a manager to let her back in(isn't it always the case when you're in a hurry???)
Aside from having too many self checkouts and regular cashier's basically non-existent the store is clean, well stocked and the employees that I dealt with were all extremely friendly and helpful!

Went to get keys 🔑 made. The sales associate came quickly. Out within 5 minutes.

Forget home Depot Lowe's employees tree you with respect and don't mind helping you find what you are looking for.

Great selection on backsplashes and counter tops. Slightly high prices but usually have good sales.

Very clean for this type of store. I'm more accustomed to walking out dirty. Employees were courteous and helpful. Check out was fast and efficient. Being handicapped, it was a pleasure to easily find a motorized and charged cart.

Had fish tacos minestrone soup great wife had feta cheese omelette with side salad.thout they would have more fish on menu because of name.this review was for farm and fishermen restaurant not lowes

Went in to buy a washing machine, got what the wife want to be delivered and installed. Thank you Joe G. in appliances.A week later we had the dryer delivered and installed. Got a call ahead of time, the guys were polite, hooked it up and cleaned up. Very professional.

Early morning was a good time to find everything I needed to help grandma get set up for a new UHD TV. Associates extremely helpful and cheerful. I needed a drill and they had a 2-drill craftsman model, 20v, with 2 batteries and charger, for $99. Purchased it to leave with grandma for future visits. $140 and fifteen minutes later after scurrying through the store, I was at the checkout and heading back to grandma's.

Needed to replace garage door springs. They had just what I needed in stock and at a great price.

The island lady was very helpful even though she was going home,but the older men was grumpy

An employee his name Harry was very helpful and pleasant.

We needed all new kitchen appliances and have been pushing it off for months!!! We went today and couldn’t be happier. We had Michael help us and he was truly amazing! Very patient and extremely knowledgeable. He even walked us to the register after to make sure everything went smoothly! We were greeted by Lisa at the register and she was also amazing. I highly recommend this Lowe’s. We will not going anywhere else!

I decided to paint the master bath. While getting ideas for the color the first thing is to clean & prep the walls. Spackling the small holes saw how rough & uneven the walls above the vanity. Most would be covered by the new Kohler's one, yet needed to skim spackle to give a nice smooth surface before painting
Also picked up some paint color cards.

I placed an order online I'm 20 minutes later I was texted that the order was ready when I got to the store it was in a locker all I had to do was scan the code the locker door opened and I was home in no time. I didn't have to stand in line or walk up and down the Isles and the quality of the merchandise was perfect they even put it in a bag for me I'm going to do it again I've been a patron of this store for years and I've never had a problem there
