Let me just say Harvey was beyond amazing! He was able to get us the best possible deals!! I have a new updated working phone that I am in awe of! Ontop of that we have a phone plan with subscription bundles that don’t cost an arm and a leg. He explained everything in detail and didn’t leave us hanging!! Very polite and knowledgeable!! And everyone in the facility was sooo friendly!! Helps with having kiddos with you whom aren’t so patient lol.

Went to the Verizon store in Enid and can't say how impressed we were by Harvey Baker and the help he offered. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Excellent customer service. Way to go Harvey!

Service didn’t work in my area even though they said it would canceled service and the lady said I wouldn’t have to pay anything because the service didn’t work got a bill in the mail for 161.00 thought it was a mistake so I tossed in the trash next month got a bill for 171.00 called them they said sorry we can’t change it now because you already canceled so I told them I would pay in three months they said sure not a problem I paid $50 that day and then 2 weeks later got a call from a collections company for the balance. Service stinks and customer service lies to tell you what you want or hear to get you off the line never again

They lied cheated scammed meIllegally sold me unlimited internet and then charged me $0.25 a minute they are thieves scammers .
