The experience I have had has been exceptional from Hope, Taylor, Samantha, and Charles. When looking for a new provider I received good referrals for this location. Every referral had nothing but great experiences! It has been a pleasure to work with each person here. These employees should be teaching great customer service to other businesses. And, I have a wonderful new phone too!

We received the greatest customer service ever from the Manager Charles! He really helped us out with everything we needed! Hard to find good service these days. We really appreciate it and will be referring anyone his way!

Yet again a perfect customer service experience, and I genuinely will never go anywhere else. Hope is a true treasure I can't say enough about the awesome team here.

Hope was absolutely amazing and I was in an out in less than 10 minutes she is a wonderful person

Let me tell you Samantha has the patience of a saint!!! We went in on black Friday to get our phones upgraded....we had been pre-approved for a leasing option on our phones. Something happened when they were setting up the first one, a glitch of some sort and it would not let them add any other phones to our lease. When I say Samantha was on the phone for 5 hours to figure out the problem it was seriously 5 hours!!!! She was very kind and apologetic and exhausted every option she could think of to get us going with new phones that day!!! She was absolutely amazing!!!

Even though we aren't customers with the company at this time, we want to give a shout out to Teka. We came in with a problem on a phone and she took her time to help us solve it. It was on a Sunday afternoon while the phone repair shops are closed and she helped us out. Great customer service, Teka (even though we really weren't customers). Thumbs up!!

Taylor N Hope Are Awesome!!!!!! My Husband's Phone Wasent Charging They Did Everything They Could To Fix it Before Selling Me A Diff Phone!!! So We Upgraded Him Into A Better Phone And Got All His Stuff Transferred to The New Phone With Taylor's Help!!!! Thank You 4 Saving Us Your A Rock Star...

I was help this week by 2 very lovely women names are Hope and Samantha, I have been struggling for months to recover my Metro pin and have been to several locations and no one was able to help me and these two lady’s were so helpful they had so much patients with me and not to mention by toddler running around the store and they were so kind to me and my child, I ended up recovering my Metro pin thanks to them,next time you need help I recommend this location!

I only have my cash app account. No card and Taylor went above and beyond to help me with her card. She helped so much just for that reason but she also had the info for the type of phone I needed.

Love my service with Metro PCS. All the customer service agents in store, on line, & over the phone have been great.

They are always polite, and helpful. We had a phone go bad and they gave us several options to get a new phone. Anytime we've had a problem they work hard to fix the issue as quickly as possible.

Hope has been such a huge help to be today! She helped me troubleshoot my tablet network issues and helping me with my ACP!

I can't give details for the reason I went to the store but I can't tell you that Rosa was absolutely marvelous with her help I believe if I ever need assistance are again I will not accept you from anyone other than Rosa she is an awesome awesome person very knowledgeable and helpful funny complete perfect person for the job two thumbs up Rosa
