My entire life I've rarely have had good customer service at a phone or internet business. I have phone and internet with the mobile and I must say the service techs who work here are very Kind, consider it helpful. I've been in there 4 times in the past month and I prefer to drive from covington to get service from them instead of doing it over the phone. I always feel welcomed and for me they are always fast. Great job guys. 👏

Every time I have an issue, I get representatives that speak clear English and they are ALWAYS able to help me get my tech issues resolved. They are patient, kind and respectful! I have had T-Mobile for several years and will recommend them to everyone! They truly have the BEST customer service standards and I have never had to wait a lengthy time to get in touch with a representative. When you call in, it is a short list of prompts and then a FABULOUS representative on the other end. I feel like their priority is great customer service and they screen their applicants and make sure they have the amazing customer service attributes. All reps have been wonderful! Thank you for always being so kind.

I'm a former customer of Pioneer Cellular and went with Verizon, for 12 days that is, it was a disaster! I went in store today and with the help of Aria, got switched to T-Mobile. Already have 5G service and they fixed my texting issue, that the Verizon tech so rudely couldn't do. So glad this store is here in Enid!!!

Great service and better than US Cellular!

One of the best experiences I have ever gotten when going in wondering about the service and what T-Mobile was about. The manager is a great guy and will help out in any way possible, like switching roles and communicating to attacking the matter at hand. Thanks T-Mobile.

Great in store associates but over the phone with the help center is horrible, I now have to pay for an extra line for 3 months for no apparent reason

Well, what can I say about T-Mobile Enid, OK location. The store is super clean and the employees are always eager to assist you with your problems concerns or anything else you may encounter with your phone they are all super nice and very knowledgeable.

I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years. I live in a rural area and the service isn't always 100%, but neither are the other companies I've used. Why I stay with T-Mobile is the great customer service and today was no exception. I went to the Enid store where I could easily have been told I needed a new phone and I would have bought one. Instead, the person (sorry I didn't get his name) was able to make an adjustment and my phone immediately started working. I was in and out of the store in about five minutes and it didn't cost me anything. I love T-Mobile!

Larry at t-mobile in Enid was 100% amazing in not only helping us fix our phone issue but putting us on the right plan for our family. Very knowledgeable and professional! Always willing to do what's right for the customer and reassuringly full of integrity! Definitely the best mobile service we've ever had!
