Exceptional food and service! Caritas are a must 👌 (my husband's favorite). Everything cooked perfectly to order. The best by far. We don't mind driving an hour just to come for here to eat either 😉 wink 😉

Excellent food and friendly atmosphere. We had a local church meeting and they stayed open later than their normal hours just so we could take extra time to fellowship, I really appreciate them showing hospitality and kindness to us.

Quality Mexican food at a great price! I definitely recommend giving it a visit; it's a really underrated restaurant!

Plus, one night they even served me just slightly after closing! (Not that I intend to make it a habit, mind you; I tipped them a bit extra just for the hassle.)

The staff is very friendly, always! The owner also is a friendly, hospitable, professional, and caring person. There is also a kind young waitress with glasses whom just always knows what I or my family wants. She always treats everyone right and I wish this place was better known. The food is so clean and authentically delicious! Even my grandmother who is the most... hard to please with "authentic" Mexican food, has said that the Menudo (beef tripe soup) is actually cleaned well and that it's her favorite place. Including the Birria in consome. You don't have to have the Birria in tacos with cheese like the current trend, you can order it authentically in it's soup/stew version. I always get the Birria or Menudo. So does my family and the kids LOVE the fajitas. You guys are doing great! 😇

Best Mexican food in the area. My wife and I alway like to stop and eat by La Cueva when we’re going out of town. We like the plate of Fajitas but they also have other great options on the menu. If you’re looking for legit Mexican food, this is the best place in the upstate.

The food was fresh and delicious. The decor and tables were beautiful and inviting. My husband and I enjoyed the salsa, shrimp tacos, rice and beans, and an ensalada Texana.
