Great service and very friendly staff!!! They went above and beyond.

While the free hearing test and staff are good, they will not give you the results to take home to share with your doctor. They wanted a down payment of $900 for the hearing aids and when I told them I have to save up for that they shut down the appointment.

Update: After speaking with the higher up in the company, I was about to discuss my concerns and come up with a solution for the issue. I am happy with the fact He took time out of his day to discuss things with me. He listened to my concerns and explained why they do things how they do.

Rachel is kind and compassionate. Genuinely cares about my mom's hearing, volume, pitch and clarity with her new hearing aids. The receptionist is as sweet as can be. Highly recommend.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rachel is awesome. She has helped me hear much better. She is always willing to help and explain things to me.

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I was embarrassed with my loss of hearing, but they got the perfect hearing aid for me and now I can hear the things I never thought I'd miss! Birds chirping early in the morning, the ticking of the turn indicator I left on, and my wonderful wife talking to me from the kitchen. I cannot thank the staff enough for getting me setup with the perfect hearing aid and changing my life!

Best thing my husband ever did; he went to Southwestern Hearing Centers for a set of hearing aids! Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He was having an issue with programing after getting a new phone. He dropped into the center, and they helped him without an appointment. Top notch customer service!! We are sending all our friends to them, consider telling your friends about them.

Rachel has been great to work with. She has taken her time to show me how to clean and care for my hearing aid. She has taken the time to readjust them.

Rachel got me in same day and was so pleasant to work with the front desk girl was very nice as well. I was having some issues hearing my co workers and thought id go in and get checked out. Turns out my ears were just plugged. I will be coming back in the future for my hearing needs and highly recommend going if you have a hearing loss to get checked out.

My Grandma is a patient here and absolutely loves it! She says Jenna is her absolutely favorite and has helped her out so much with all her needs and questions prior to her visits! The staff here makes her feel like she is capable and like family! The care is great! 10/10 recommend going to check them out if you need a good hearing center!

The ladies there are so nice and helpful.

My husband can finally hear me & the volume on the Tv is at a normal volume. He didn’t realize how much he was missing. The staff was a terrific help.

Several. No pressure sales approach. I bought what I wanted spending what I could afford. Excellent job of teaching how to use the hearing aids, the app on my phone. I knew what I was buying, how to care for them and how to use the app to make adjustments. The staff was wonderful to work with. And I love
the hearing aids. Best I have ever owned.

This message is late incoming! A few weeks past I not only took my aunt but also a friend of hers. The staff meet all their needs in a timely manor and were kind to the seniors. Occasionally with sensors they can be hard to please... took my aunts friend back again the staff was understanding and meet his needs... can’t say enough about the staff... looking forward to going back in six months for their next check up...

I was having trouble hearing, I found Southwestern hearing Centers online and seen that they accommodate walk ins. Rachel and Deidra were so pleasant to work with and worked me into there schedule. I for sure will be back in the future.

Rachel listens very carefully and then makes adjustments that work. She and Trina are very friendly and professional
