Well maintained facility. Staff were pleasant to deal with,Answered all questions and helped accommodate me with what was needed.Well secured Cameras and fencing, feel safe leaving my belongings there with no worries.

Good experience opening a unit. Got a nice big clean unit with a brand new lock.
I didn't have to wait long even in a line of 3 or 4 people and the man who was at front counter got me all my info and to the unit pretty fast. It costs about the same as any other place in town but they have climate controlled units which most of the other places don't. I highly recommend.

We stopped in to basically check the place out and ended up renting a unit. If you ever need a storage unit where you can actually speak to a live human face to face, go say hello to John Norman the Store Manager. What a pleasure it was to do business with such a professional friendly person. If you ever need a unit, do yourself a big favor and go see John. He will do you right! Before we left he even walked us to the gate to make certain the code worked. Great to feel like you're important to a business again... Thanks John.. Appreciated it...

This storage unit is very clean and the manager is very kind and helpful!

The process in renting a storage unit here has been incredibly easy thus far. The staff has been both polite and helpful! It definitely doesn’t hurt that we’re paying less for a climate controlled unit that’s twice the size of one we’re renting currently through a different company. I’m excited to switch!

Nice selection of storage units at a good price. Concrete driveway all around the units with good drainage keeps the units dry.

The property manager John has been excellent every step of the way. We had many questions and he not only answered them all, we learned valuable things in the process. The personal tour was a nice touch to be able to compare the different sizes with the naked eye. We would use John and the location he's property manager for again, gladly! As far as recommendations go, anyone we know looking for storage we will be sure to let them know about Extra space storage. Also, we recently downloaded the Extra space storage app to use for managing our storage unit, were easily registered, and have had no problems maneuvering within the app. Five 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!

Amazing customer service and deals best out there

The web application and payment process was excellent. On arrival staff immediately provided a gate code and walked me to the unit. In and out in less than 10 minutes. The facilities are clean and accessible. The best experience I’ve ever had in securing safe and affordable storage. Rich

Management is very friendly, professional and will work with you on getting what you need, place is always clean and kept up, zero issues with my personal items being stored in my unit and very secure. Definitely would use again during a move.

Had nothing but a great experience with this company I moved to Warrenton a couple of months ago the first month was free I had no issues at all the rates are good as well and it was easy did everything over the phone I will definitely use them again if ever needed also they have gates so I was comfortable with my stuff being locked away. Would recommend this place to anyone

Great place for storage. Property manage on site. They offer climate control and drive-up storage without climate control. It's also a good location. Couldn't ask for more, really.

I’m posting for both times that John has helped me. So I want to thank him for being kind and patient with me for both times. I have never had a storage facility before and John was very respectful and kind walking me through everything. I would definitely recommend using the Warrenton easy space storage with him.
