Ramon is one of the coolest customer service workers I've ever met. He was able to remember 1st time customers order like was was months of us coming. I perpersonally think that Ramon deserves a huge pay raise. Keep up the great work.

A new employee Dwayne working at the kiel location has been very polite and well mannered and always has a positive attitude from the times ive been there since he has started working even with many people in line struggling he kept a good attitude today. me and my girlfriend just visited 20 min ago and she has a food allergy and many places get inconvenienced by this or dont remember and get the order wrong but dwayne said he understood and offered to use fresh veggies that were not touched by other food and already knew to get new gloves and use different knives without us asking after stating the allegy. The other workers have been very understanding too when we come in amd use new supplies that have not be used already on our order when we ask. Many places give dirty looks for asking this or for vegans or food allergies but the new guy dwayne and the other wprkers have made us feel comfortable and have been nice about it i i wou have gave a tip tonight if i didnt just have my card on me. Also you guys should add the tip options on card receipts

I liked the worker Matilda, because she made me feel like I wasn't just buying a sub, but talking to an old friend who was making me a meal. Very good service too. I didn't wait in line too long.

Great food, fast service. Lots of selection, friendly staff. It got busier as we ate, best to order online or come earlier to avoid the rush.

The girls felt because because I was waiting for my sub, (even though i just ordered online and still had 10 minutes until it was done) and hooked me up with free cookies like hell yeah who doesn't like cookies?!?! Super dope staff will def come back.
