Came through drive thru. Order was taken efficiently and was correct. Food good as always.

Fast food is fast food, standard McDonald's with a great friendly staff.

The Kiel McDonald’s is super quick & they always get my order right. My go to when I forget to pack a lunch or when I’m getting drinks for my coworkers or especially when I have to get up super early to drop my pup off for daycare (I definitely need a coffee at that point)

I was having the worst day!!!! And the staff went above and beyond to help me! The angel working the first drive through window gave me all the hope I needed to finish my day with a smile!! I’ve been Coming here my whole life and will always continue! Thank you so much 😢🙂😇🥰😍

McD's was excellent. Dispute many orders/cars, the staff, especially the young man taking the payment was super. He was beyond pleasant, explained the app. deal and the senior coffee to my wife and I. What a deal on a delicious breakfast.

Always gets my order right! Other McDonald's messes something up every time and they have time to be friendly unlike the other one as well. I guess that's what happens when you only have to do things once instead of constantly fixing messed up orders!

The staff was very helpful, she even walked around the lobby checking with customers if everything was ok and if they needed anything. Newly remodeled location restroom was clean and stocked.

This is the only McDonald's around here that has handicapped employees, I love the fact that they give them employment. Friendly employees. Foods good also. ;-)

Seems like they're really stepping it up I had a quarter pounder with cheese and it was excellent as where the fries

Good place for a quick bit to eat when your on the go varity of brugers frys and ice cream soda coffee and you can eat there or take it togo
