The New World Tavern

I’ve been here twice. Once for a small concert and once for lunch. Pretty chill place. I like the vibe a lot. Service was great. The food was really good and it came out fast. They also have a really nice selection of craft beers and a ton of cocktails on the menu. Parking can be difficult but that’s the case for anything in downtown Plymouth, parking lots are available.

Great place for food & drinks! Large selection of beer (draft, bottles, & cans). Their stuffed pretzels are delicious. Event space in the back is perfect for checking out live music & local bands. They even have a bar in the space separate from the restaurant, which is very convenient. The New World Tavern is a great low-key place to stop by on a weekend night - you'll still feel like you're in the nightlife scene, but without the rowdy crowd.

Lovely experience here. Our waitress was really friendly. They even double-checked with the kitchen to see if we had a gluten-free option on the fries. We ordered a cesar salad, with a gluten-free house burger and a side of tater tots. The food was delicious and filling but at the same time didn't nake us feel heavy. Great experience!

If you haven't gone to at least one Sunday Funday at the new World Tavern, you are missing out. The place gets packed, but the staff handles it so well, by constantly checking up and making sure your cup and plates are full! Great live music too!!

The good is usually pretty good overall with a few dishes that are excellent. I've never been disappointed with the food. Great bet selection and bartenders do a good job with mixed drinks. The atmosphere is great, especially when they've got live music. And service has always been good.

This place has become our Sunday morning breakfast stop after our overnight shift. My co-worker and l love everything we have tasted on the Menu so far. The "My Jam" sandwich is to die for, l would recommend this item on the Menu. The staff are awesome, excellent service. Of course the free music on Sunday Mornings makes dinning even better. The only thing l would complain about is the coffee, it comes warm, l like my coffee hot. I also wish the Clock about the end of Covid-19 was correct, that would be awesome. I guess the clock is to give dinners some kind of hope about Covid. I can't stop telling my friends about this place. Thank you New World Tavern.

Exceptional. Stopped in for a light lunch and were not disappointed. Chowduh and Caesar Salad were perfect. Three thumbs up.

Nice spot! Had the famous pretzel, poutine, and cocktail. The $19 pretzel is actually worth it. The poutine was absolutely delicious, a little disappointed they didn't have the waffle fries. Great to have live music at 6 o'clock also. They had a 6 o'clock half price Flatbread special that I'll try next time bc they looked good. Tried a specialties cocktail, High Tai, sweet but good. Will come back and try more.

We had the new chicken parm flat bread it was very delicious. We also had the bbq boneless ribs and they were good too. A fiddlehead draft to wash it all done. We went for the gnome workshop which was so much fun. The woman teaching it was a lot of fun and helpful with suggestions.

Great venue to see a band in a small venue atmosphere. Great sound system . Fun night out.

Immediately off to great night. Chance greeted us at the door and was so friendly. He worked extra hard at getting us a high top table. The food was great and well priced and the beer selection was endless. Bonus was the acoustic music in the background. Highly recommend this place.

Went to an AWESOME metal show here that Purchase Streeet Records threw! Band was awesome and security was chill.

We decided to have some lunch while walking Plymouth. NWT had great drinks, and we really enjoyed the stuffed pretzel and the burger was great too! Would highly recommend.

Delicious food and an awesome selection of beers! We went for lunch and the bartender was the only server, and he did a phenomenal job!

This place is fantastic. They have entertainment in the front daily, or at least pretty often, including trivia on Weds. There is also a room in the back called the Cavern that has various shows and other events.
The staff is great, Chance, Michael and Kate have been very hospitable and attentive every time I go in.
The menu is pretty diverse and offers high quality sandwiches and pub grub.
I have been in Plymouth all summer and I stop here at least 2 times a week for a bite to eat and a beverage, and even caught a really good metal band in the back room.
It's a must try if you are in the area.

My favorite spot in Plymouth!

First off, the beer selection is fantastic! Always something new and amazing to try, solve staples to choose from, they do not have a bad beer on tap.

And the food? Amazing! Fantastic flatbreads, killer burgers, and the best waffle fries you'll ever find. Also, fabulous dinner dishes. If the pumpkin grits or pasta bolognese is available, you're in luck! And you simply cannot go wrong with a tasty pork bun! (I don't know how they have mastered both American fare and some Asian favorites.)

The staff is great too! Don't know what to get? Smitty and the gang know what's up, and they're super friendly.

Karaoke Tuesdays, Trivia Wednesdays, this place is where it's at!

I've been a regular for about six months now, and it's one of the best bars I've ever been to.

Good local bar. Food is good. They steak and cheese pretzel is delicious while it's in stock. Good choice of beer. Live music and karaoke throughout the week. Welcoming environment to have a beer for locals and tourist alike.

Food was great pub food and the band “Flydown” was amazing!!!! Perfect Sunday funday!
