The restroom is terrible. The toilet lid won’t stay up so you can be sure it’s fallen down while a guy was mid-stream. The soap dispenser is upside down so I guess they expect you to let it dribble down or you to wipe it off the top and get some dirty soap?
And the paper towel dispenser doesn’t work. I get that everyone can’t afford to remodel their restrooms, but these are some easy fixes that would make an old restroom tolerable. The reason this isn’t 1 star is because they have fresh cleaner for their squeegee which a lot of places don’t do.

They overcharged me on gas then when I contacted them to resolve the issue , the clerk working rudely cut me off and tells me to call tomorrow morning. 2 out of 4 pumps were working the least you could do is address the problem instead of blankly hanging up on me several times.

NEVER STOP HERE!!! VERY VERY BAD PEOPLE!!!! We stopped in for fuel and snacks on our way back to NC from Baton Rouge. We filled up our truck for $38.90 purchased cigarettes and snacks. The CocaCola machine had a typed noted on EVERY fountain drink that said "OUT". Ok, we will get bottle drinks for the road AND buy a bag of ice. That totaled approx $26. We get to truck and dont have clean cups, so i go back inside to get 2 styrofoam cups. I wave to the man at counter and say have a good day and he says, " you owe me 20 cents for the cups." REALLY?!?! We just spent $65 at your store and you are REALLY gonna charge me 20 cents?!?!?! NOT A GOOD BUSINESS MODEL. SHAME ON CHEVRON CORPORATE FOR SUPPORTING THIS GREED. We gave him his little 20 cents and Braselton Chervon will never get a PENNY of our money again. SHAME SHAME SHAME FOR NOT BEING KIND TO GOOD CUSTOMERS!!!

Staff was rude, otherwise it’s fine.
