Channel Ridge Auto Repair

I needed an alignment and my first choice couldn't get me in the same day so they recommended Channel Ridge. I had never used this shop before, but they had no issue getting me in same day. They were informative and got the job done quick and efficiently, and I was thoroughly pleased with their work.

Nothing but an awesome experience. I was referred to The Car Shoppe by Don Roberts.
My BFF flew in from Cali on Thursday and we are heading out on Sunday roadtripping. My car started acting up and it’s Friday. I went to the car lot and the nice man to me to go to the service location. The nice receptionist Gabby said they were full and sent me to Channel Ridge. They got me in and Matt took very good care of my car.
I’ve never experienced such great customer service like I did today at 3 locations.
I have a new place to take my car.

GREAT service and get the job done right the first time. Reasonable pricing. Take my vehicles there for all service work.
If you need to have a Smart Start breathalyzer installed and calibrated monthly this is the place. Kevin is the technician and he knows what he is doing.

Tried a couple other places to manage the Smart Start device and it didn't work out. Went to Channel Ridge and Kevin installed it properly and explained to me how to operate it and operate it correctly. Thanks to him to help me through a hard time.

Traveling through on I 70 car broke down. Contacted channel ridge they took care of our problem and got us on our way. I appreciated their friendliness and professionalism.

Glen customer service was awesome from the beginning on getting my car in for repair...and Mike fixed my car properly from someone elses mistake. Definitely check them out if you need your car serviced/repaired.

Traveling for Thanksgiving and had the alternator go out on my van. I found channel ridge by accident when the towing company took it to the wrong address.
They got me in quick and were gracious in working with me on the cost.
I would recommend them. Planning on returning to have them check out my mom's vehicle.

Finally I have a place to go to get repairs done on my cars by people who know what they are doing and will not take advantage of you they are knowledgeable and honest

These guys are top notch.

Was told by Long MacArthur they could not resolve my issue and to go to Manny's Muffler. Called them and left messages with no return calls and this morning I thought I'd just go by. They were closed at 945 am with 2 other clients out waiting.

So I called Channel Ridge and not only did they answer, but they got my vehicle in and the exhaust issue fixed within a couple hours.

Will be going here for these kind of issues going forward.

These guys are amazing!!! My nephew was here from out of state and needed to get back home... his car went bonkers... This was the ONLY shop we could get into and the level of information and professionalism is what made us go there after talking them on the phone!!! So we got in the next day, the diagnosis matched the diagnosis we had previously gotten, they fixed it that day and got him running perfectly!! The clencher was the bill... My son is also a mechanic and he gave us a fair price, these guys came under that price!! The car is still running perfectly!! What a great job guys and such professionals that KNOW what they are doing!! Job well done!!

Really appreciate the a/c service I got here today. Mike at Channel Ridge was very courteous in fitting my car in at short notice, took the time to answer all my questions about what was wrong, and gave me very fair, reasonable pricing. I had done some checking around by phone after getting a diagnosis and estimate from another shop that seemed inaccurate and way off. Channel Ridge seemed to be the best bet after I talked to a few shops. Mike at Channel Ridge came through with flying colors with a clear and honest diagnosis and an effective fix, that ended up saving me several hundred dollars compared the first shop I went to. What a relief.

AMAZING SHOP!! Do not go anywhere else for your vehicle needs. Matt was so helpful and gave me so much information about my car. I went in for an alignment and he made sure everything else was running good and I knew more about my car. 10/10 recommend. I will never go to another shop!!

Matt was super helpful. I was having issues after replacing my tires. Not only did he realign my vehicle. He took the time to explain WHY it wasn't aligned and showed me. He was quick and professional and saved us so much hassle that you get at other repair shops.

Fantastic work. Matt was great. He got my vehicle in right away and was informative about everything. And how many mechanics will call you and say, "Hey, I just wanted to show you why it's gonna take a couple more days."? He had me car back in just under a week.

Five stars is not enough. I was traveling to Denver. Check engine light came on 20 miles outside of Salina. Bad storm to boot! Mike was the BEST mechanic I’ve ever seen! Diagnosed, fixed, explained, documented for the dealer, etc.! Made absolutely sure car was safe to continue. Thank you a million times!! I’m so very grateful! Best to you and your cute family! You guys!....The kind hearted people that work there are the best! Timely manner for repairs, great communication to keep you involved with what's going on, fair pricing, willing to work with you. Truck broke down on our way to Oklahoma from 🇨🇦. Marvin was excellent and knew what the problem was right away. Great service.

I would highly recommend this auto shop. They were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. They diagnosed and fixed 3 vehicles...including a 1975 van...so don't hesitate to take your vintage vehicle to them. They informed of the problem, cost, and time frame to repair...No Surprises!

A friend of mine had asked me to pick her up here. When I did she shared her experience of how kind and knowledgeable Matt was. My sister needed a mechanic a few months later. I recommended Matt at Chanel Ridge. I followed her to see how it all worked. Matt was very efficient and helpful. My sister and I both were impressed with how everything went. He gave it to her straight. Matt is always willing to help when he can.

I was in the middle of a cross country trip and broke down in Salina. The tow truck company recommended Channel Ridge Auto and I was certainly not let down. Matt was able to take my truck the same day, diagnose the issue, and have it fixed by the next morning. It has been running great since, and based on Matt’s great work I had no concerns finishing the drive to the coast. Would definitely recommend this shop!
