Amazing friendly staff. I've been there a few times and the first time wasn't able to get the 12 piece leg bucket I wanted. I guess they only make so much chicken but was told if I want a special order to call it in. I told them to have it ready by 6pm and Finally!! I was able to get those delicious pieces I wanted without being disappointed. I Love the food. Wish they would make more than 4 pot pies at a time cause me a my family love them.

Compared to other KFCs I've ate at, this location and the Columbia (KY) locations do an incredible job with the restraunt, and how they handle getting those orders out. Food was tasty, fresh and staff was friendly. This location friendlier then the other while also going thru a current GM change which always are stressful times but regardless friendly to the customers and hasn't effected the food anyway so far.

Best KFC ever! Fresh fried chicken and friendly faces. Life is sweet! Drove 20 minutes from Russell Springs and came in for good food. They open only 2 weeks and employees working as a team! Wonderful management!! SPOTLESSLY CLEAN! Been a complete joy. We will return!

They gave me half a gallon of soda for free (with the purchase of food, obviously,)
food was hot and well cooked, staff was very friendly and offered to let us wait for fresh biscuits, ate until I was stuffed, totally amazing macaroni & cheese.
10/10.

This store rocks, it is the best chicken restaurant around. I just love everything they have a d the food is always hot, unlike other restaurants. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends:)))

kentucky has kentucky fried chicken (SHOCKER) it's very nice and i love it, especially when it's really raw and dry. 10/10 totally recommend. heres me just eating kfc chicken at home after getting takeaway. VERY TASTY YUM YUM YUM!!!!! as colonel sanders would say, it's finger lickin' good! 🌺🌸🌼

Hey Kfc of Columbia, Kentucky:

Im sorry for acting a little weird yesterday while waiting on my order as I was kinda off in my head as the guy was handing me my food in my Red 2013 Chrysler 200.

I was a bit stressed out, not having the greatest day. The day prior to yesterday on Friday at 1:00 PM, my father passed away, sometimes thinking in my head is how I relieve my stress or cope with things.

I didnt want you to think something is seriously wrong with me and no; no one said anything, I wasnt upset with any of you guys, but upset with the fact, my dad passed. :(

I wanted to say : Thank you sooo much for the fresh 16 Piece bucket, everything being correct and the guy packing the plates out and utensils yesterday, eating a fresh meal, that was correct and your hard work made my day!

You never know how someone's hard work can make a difference in someone's life for the better! :)

To be toward the end of the night, it was still good and the staff was very friendly and courtesy was great!

Perfect chicken, green beans, biscuits and so much more. Love going here. I drive from campbellsville to columbia just for KFC. I love the chicken sandwich!! So yummy!

No doubt, best KFC in US so far. Excellent service and food make you feel like dining in a high end cafe.
