Burton's Garbage Services

My husband and I were having trash picked up by Burtons but had a hard time remembering to get cash to pay them seeing they have no other payment method. Not even really knowing how to pay them seeing I was told I would be mailed a bill but never was. So Its been a couple months and I try to re-establish service with them. Now being a previous customer I know the rules as I was told 4/ 30 gallon bags or 9/ 13 gal bags. I put 9 13 gallon bags on the curb and a $20 bill in my mailbox with a sign saying mailbox with 2 eyes. SHOULDNT have been hard to figure out. But just in case I was waiting for them, if they wanted to discuss anything about the payment. Now Mind you, they have spoke with me before and know that I am deaf. Im standing in the doorway and see them slow down to a near stop before my driveway and watch them as soon as they realize Im standing there they pull off. As I get out my door, the man on the back of the truck swings himself inside the box end of the truck and moves back like I cant see him SMH. I hurry to the end of my driveway with a clear view of the inside of the back of the truck and wave my hands only for this PROFESSIONAL to get loose waisted swinging his hips side to side waving his hands making fun of me. Here's the thing. Im not from here. I dont know these people from Adam so I know it can't be a personal beef. Unless you make it a habit of making fun of your handicapped customers, you know who this is, and I expect a written apology in a timely manner, I know my lawyers number.
