Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This was our first time at a Zaxbys. We were pleased with the food and the service.

We ordered chicken sandwiches, one by itself and one as a meal, with the add-on shrimp side for $3.

Our food was fresh and hot. The sandwiches were very good. The chicken breast was tender, and the breading was nice and crisp. The regular fries were good. The seasoned fries were a little too salty for our taste, but to be fair, we generally eat a low sodium diet. The standout items were the shrimp, large and perfectly cooked, and peach tea. We both decided we'd get the shrimp meal next time.

The restaurant is clean and well laid out. The restrooms are clean and handicap accessible. The music, moody blues, and similar artists was enjoyable to listen to but not so loud as to prevent conversation.

I'm very happy with our experience here. We'll be back.

This place is new for the town of Columbia Ky. Love this restaurant! Staff are so nice and friendly. Smiles and a nice welcome to Zaxby’s as you walk in. The chicken is so delicious. I call it a kickin’ chicken lol lots of different flavors of dipping sauces. I always ask for some extra Zax sauce. It’s so good on there fries. I eat here at least three times a week. Once they were open.I enclosed pictures here when they were building this place. I could not wait for the grand opening. Yes I was there! Five Stars!

Number 3. Wings hot honey mustered, fingers wimpy, regular fries and toast. all fresh and hot.

The moment you step into this new Zaxby's, you're welcomed by a vibrant and inviting atmosphere and staff. The modern and clean design creates an enjoyable space to savor some delectable foods. (as you have seen I have already) If you're on the hunt for mouthwatering chicken dishes with a large variety of flavor packed sauces in a welcoming environment, Zaxby's is the place to be.

Great place to eat. The chicken is so juicy and fry seasoning is to die for. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Katie is always very nice and has great customer service skills. Will always rate this store at a 5.

Had a mixup and didn’t receive one of the meals we ordered in the drive thru. Drove back to pick it up and Heather was so kind and extremely helpful! She made sure the missing meal was fresh and showed that customer service was very important to her. It’s so refreshing to see people who genuinely care about their work! Thanks, Heather!

Great and fast thru the drive thru. I’ve eaten here a lot since it opened on my drive from Glasgow to Campbellsville. I did move these cones so I could pull in from the side road.

Best place to eat in town! The food is always hot and fresh, with some of the menu items being cooked to order. The staff is very welcoming and energetic creating an overall great atmosphere even when it’s busy.

Across the board, great place to eat! Since they opened, the service has always been great. Best place for chicken in town.

I went up tonight to get my boys some dinner and the very first person to acknowledge me was Heather. She is courteous, experienced and so fast! Lol. Zaxby's is very lucky to have an employee like Heather.

If you’ve never had their Chicken, it is a must try!! Perfectly fried and crispy! Comes with a bit of spicy if you want it!! And the Zax-sauce just makes it even more yummy! Crinkle fries are spicy and so good! And the Zax-salad is huge and yummy! For fast food- you have to give it a try!!

This location is great! The food is always fresh and hot when ordered. They have a great staff who seem to love what they do. Their salads are phenomenal!

Never went to a restaurant where they ask your name and remember it as u are leaving, even after waiting on other people!!! Blew me away!! Wonderful customer service!!!

This is such an amazing place to eat. Friendly staff great hot food. The atmosphere is warming and inviting best place in town to eat.

The food is good but I gave it a 5 star, because they had my order ready within 10 minutes of ordering it and it’s their second day of being open.
