Nice clean busy store. Shelves well stocked. Owner was very helpful. Staff are very friendly. Really enjoyed shopping here.

Today was my first time leaving items to consign. I was a little nervous based on some of the reviews about staff rudeness and consigning difficulties. My experience couldn't have been better. Yes, I had to circle for a while to get a parking space but that isn't their fault really. It' a busy area with parking challenges all around. The staff were very friendly, experienced, and efficient. There was a bit of a line but not a long wait at all. I will definitely consign more items in the future.

Visited this shop today with my sister. We were so happy with how friendly the staff were. It was a warm and refreshing interaction. The store has so much great home decor and I found the prices affordable. Can’t wait to return.

Really wonderful stuff, some genuine antiques, memorabilia and collectibles.

Store gets very busy and it can be a crowded space: it can be a tight squeeze.

Definitely worth a visit for some unique treasures, also for high quality china, serving ware; even some classic LP records like Jimi Hendricks! Also saw four Barbie Dolls and a really cute Janis Joplin "album sleeve" handbag.

Consignment items accepted, and prices on consignment sale items reduced over time.

Unique consignment store in Victoria area. Quality products available and feels great to buy used instead of promoting consumerism. Great place for recycling your valuable products that are no longer needed to ensure they find a good home.

Happ to see this store is surviving from the Pandemic. Last time was in this store was 2018 while visiting! Glad to its doing great! Great items, and staffs. I managed to get something for myself. ( Cat gold Bracelet chain ) 7 cats linked chain bracelet. Love it very much! Cat Lover!

I love finding great quality home goods and furnishings at places that are easy to get to and where they continually have new selection and great prices. This place is a gem. My husband and I recently relocated to Victoria and this has become my “go to” place in Victoria. Great people, Great service, and Great finds.

A fantastic place to shop and a fantastic place to sell your wares. This is not a “thrift store” as the experienced buyers do not bring in tacky items, nor “slightly chipped” items, nor “passé items”. Only “current” designer items are available for sale. When I had my 14 items chosen to sell (this is the max. number of items you may sell at a time), they had all sold in about a month so I received my cash immediately! Great, knowledgeable staff and always new items to see for every visit. I highly recommend doing business with Good Things!

My cousin and I visited this place and we liked it, found a couple of items, we were there on Sunday but they were closed but I was lucky to get pictures thru the window now hopefully to order them. Hoping. Dishes old and different, books, a must visit if you are in town. They don't mail out items, it's a shame as we liked something that was there. I thought my cousin liked the same as I liked so I didn't bother to buy it, to find she liked the other one. We lost out.

My sister was excited to take me to this beautifully displayed consignment store in price ranges affordable for everyone whether it be dishware in sets or pieces, lamps, books, puzzles, jewelry and more. A great way to browse and spend time simply admiring all the choices!

This place is a gem. Highly recommended if you need quality accoutrements for your home or office space.

This store is awesome! Any time I come here I find treasure to bring home! All their pieces are carefully curated and very fairly priced considering the quality of pieces chosen. I have not used their consignment service however any time I have been there, the separate desk has been busy. They have a wide collection of treasure including Royal Albert patterns, Fire King, Pyrex and my favorite: depression glass. Definitely worth stopping in if youre looking for a gift or treat for yourself

I was last in this store several years ago, and it's changed a lot from what I recall. When I was there last there may have been different ownership. It was a lot more thrift store where you might find something worthwhile.

This visit I was amazed. They had a lot of amazing high end unique jewelry, furniture, and quality household goods. They have gone from you might find something good to you WILL find something great!

One of our favourite places when visiting Victoria. A excellent source of antiques and small furniture items; staff are very helpful. We like how the cost of items is reduced depending upon the days they are unsold.

Some really nice stuff here. Don't go there thinking it's a thrift store, because it's a lot more upmarket than that. I'd definitely visit again.

I have been a long time satisfied consigning client and customer of 'Good Things' on Oak Bay Avenue (which evolved from their original vintage focused store on Fort Street).

I have been satisfied with their business policies, procedures, practices, especially regarding the excellent customer service offered to me over this very long period of time.

Fabulous new treasures await shoppers every day and lots of fun shopping with the dedicated helpful friendly knowledgeable staff.

Good Things is probably the best consignment store in Victoria. They have a wide selection of items for your home or personal use. The stock is constantly changing, as it is a consignment store and new items are arriving (and leaving with happy customers), every day.

Aside from the excellent choices and pricing, one of the best features about Good Things, is the staff. They are very friendly, fun, welcoming, and they are forever busy, whenever I stop by the store.

The store sells some furniture (not mattresses), lamps, framed art, books, kitchen items, dishware, jewelry, gifts, antiques, bedding, handbags, hats, and so much more. Aside from hats, scarves and fur coats during the winter season, the store doesn't carry clothing. You simply never know what you might find. I have found a number of unique items, including a hand forged, steel shield (armour). You never know what you will find, but you can be sure that the store will only accept and sell, items that are in good condition.

If you want to sell items at Good Things, note that they will accept up to 12 or 15 items a day, without the need for pre-booking an appointment. If you are bringing more items than that, then an appointment is required. You might want to call ahead of time in any event, because they sometimes will stop accepting items on a particular day, if they have already accepted a large amount of stock.
