The only surveyor company that was very clear in communications (short, simple. precise), providing immediate responses and taking time to explain without price ranges, variations and may bes. I am the home owner builder and this is my first residential construction. I loved that they gave me flat fees and itemized everything on the contract that made it easy for me to understand and choose from. Other people were very vague and had ranges and kept telling me what I need and package extra things instead of giving me the option to choose only specific tasks that I needed at that time. Out of all quotes I had they were the best too! They had extensive experience with Riverside County lot merges unlike everybody else who were calling the county and giving me wrong information on fees and process. Thank you, Miguel!!! I found Inland Valley Surveying, Inc searching the web for a surveying company, because it was obvious my property over lapped the neighboring property, but I wasn't sure how much of my property was being used by the neighbor. I contacted Inland Valley Surveying, Inc (IVS), they set an appointment, came out and did a quick and fantastic job. Also; IVS stated they expected to encounter a bigger and time consuming job, but since that was not the case, IVS lowered the cost initially quoted and provided me with Plat Maps and recorded their findings with the County Recorder, being that the adjoining property encumbers my property. Miguel Vallasenor provided very good customer service. I would definitely use and refer IVS to anyone in need of a surveyor.

It would be nice if they didn't go into private property like they did at my property. We have a gate and they just went in there to make a u turn. When we could see their work equipment somewhere else. I think the street is wide enough for you to do so or you can use just the driveway no need to go all the way inside.
