Rem has handle my computer issues/problems for many years. I have found him to be very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. He has installed a new tower desktop computer , transferred files from my old one to the new. Done clean up, optimized files and debugged files for me. I purchased an upgraded laptop from him and have been very satisfied with it. I highly recommend Rem for any computer/PC work you may require.

Rem Conde has been maintaining and troubleshooting my computers since 2012 and I would be lost without him! He is immensely knowledgeable and often able to solve my problem via texts. His insight and suggestions have been invaluable, ranging from recommending which computer to purchase to rebuilding it with an SSD hard drive, which, I'm pretty sure, has extended its life by many years. He also set up and maintains my granddaughter's gaming computer. I recommend Rem's services to anyone who is in the market for an accessible, easy to understand computer expert.

Rem is amazing!! Not only is he highly qualified as a tech, but he is diligent, very responsive, personable and caring!! My computer crashed while I was out of town on vacation...all my data disappeared! I took it to a local tech who was recommended by my neighbor and who had an excellent Better Business Bureau rating. That tech was stumped and not able to correct the problem. Rem responded immediately...even taking time late into the evening to make the needed repairs and help me restore my programs!! I’m a Boomer senior and in my generation people looked forward to their children becoming doctors. I would MUCH prefer to have a TECH DOC in my family. So. I’m “adopting” Rem!!! Rem is extremely reliable, knowledgeable, and fair. He'll give you the best price possibly to fix whatever is wrong with your computer, and offer many different methods. If he needs to hold your device for extended periods, you can rest easy knowing that they're in careful hands. Gave him my Pc after it broke for like the fourth time and after a bit of extended waiting, due to the parts bring shipped from China, it was almost like new. He even through in a new hard drive after my old one was at a snail's pace, in exchange for a part of my computer that didn't come through the mail.

Rem has been taking care of my computer problems for several years now. He is without a doubt the best and so easy to work with and so affordable. He will come right out to your house and fix your problem or upgrades and even give you computer lessons. What a great guy!

Rem literally saved the day! We were hit by lightning in one of the August storms and Rem was so easily able to identify and fix the problems that occurred because of the storm. Rem’s PC On-site is great! First of all, you can’t beat the convenience of having someone come to you. He is always able to fit us in quickly. He has been great at not only fixing our computers, but also on keeping us educated on technology changes and trends.

Rem has been a lifesaver. He has been so much help. All I have to do is call him and he has always been able to get my computer up and going again. Sometimes he can even help me over the phone and never charges me anything. Don"t know what I would do without him.
