What a beautiful Dunkin and friendly staff!! We are ecstatic to have a Dunkin locally now to get our iced coffee and munchkin fix! I was super excited that even on opening day after being opened for hours, they still had munchkins!! Most locations are out of them by 10am. The line moved incredibly fast and my order was made perfectly. We will be back again and again!!

Best Dunkin location. Staff is amazing always friendly and very helpful! Inside store is always clean & going through drive-thru is always fast. Keep up the great work! Love my Lowell Dunkin

Love Dunkin coffee! No matter which location, I end up with the same satisfying cup of Java! I just wish the prices were not so high. I would go a lot more.

So I was here for the first time about 8 months ago. My first time here, the service was horrible, and it took FOREVER to get my drink, even though I placed the mobile order, so it was supposed to be faster. If I had never gone back to the Lowell Dunkin after that time, then I would have left a 1 star review. I see that they have since changed and hired more friendly staff. Now today I went back for the second time since my negative experience and now the staff are a lot more friendly and my order has come out faster. 😊

I was there today I was waited on by Josh he was the sweetest and so patient as I was pretty indecisive of what I wanted definitely will come back and hope to see this young man again good job today 👏👏

Quick service, tasty and fresh donuts even in the evening. The employees here are so friendly and hardworking. Customer service is top notch on every visit. Sharon and Hailey were so accommodating and very welcoming!

My Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday mornings start with Dunkin before I head to the office. My coffee is always made right, fast, and service always with a smile. I can't thank you enough for always starting my day off right. Thank you

Drive thru had line and moved fast yesterday!!!! With being a new store they sure know how to handle customer service 100% ….. My food was amazing and my husband didn’t know how to order the lady taking the order took the time to explain and suggested many things…..

I had so many questions, no clue how to order, so I went inside nice and clean the staff are very helpful and friendly. Let me take my time I loved the suggestion of the drink I got

Worker named Aydan was very helpful and respectful to me and other customers while being there. Definitely recommend this Dunkin especially if he is working!
