Food is always hot and made correctly. Max & Tonya are by far the best managers. They have done so much good to the store! The store is ALWAYS CLEAN as well. I have no complaints.

We've visited this location a few times now, given its close proximity to our home. I always use the app to make it fast and accumulate points. The other day, we ordered and had one heck of a time with the app. Was glitchiny frequently, and I shouldn't have continued to use it. Placed my order and when I arrived found the order had changed. It added 15 extra hamburgers and a bunch of other food I didn't order. Thankfully, the staff and manager were unbelievable in their response to me. They quickly rectified the issue and took great care of me. I'm not going to lie. I was freaking out a bit when I realized I was charged almost an extra $100! I felt terrible as they made all that food, but they mentioned I wasn't the only one experiencing issues like this today. Wish I would have gotten their names, but they were amazing! Food was hot and fresh and typically is hwre at this location. 👏

Big Mac burger was falling apart its like they were trying to piece it together and my sisters ,quarter pounder meat was in halfs and the lady behind counter she was very unpleasant

Did curbside pickup for double cheeseburgers and drinks. Everything was fine.

Great experience here. Professional ran restaurant with friendly staff and good food, unlike the Burger King a block away that may be the worst restaurant this side of the Mississippi. Also Carson, the guy working the front register was really nice and helpful. Future manager in the making.

I ordered a happy meal... I got the best toy... and I love eating food so it made me happy!

Since the remodel this store has had quick service. The interior isn't very inviting and the outside is more like a funeral home. Not sure why the new death colors instead of traditional McDonald's colors.

I pulled up this morning and gave my order a skinny young brown haired girl took my order started my day off with a joke my order was perfect it was well thought out your entire team was a pro this morning it was a good day and I appreciate the fact all of them had a good sense of humor

Perfect mcdonalds hands down, even when having a busy drive-through, the staff stays friendly, and they take time to even bring food to people's tables no matter how busy and apologizing for the wait (which was under 3 minutes)

Crown point McDonald's is the best!

I've been to every McD's from Green Bay WI. to Lafayette IN.
This Lowell IN. local is the most detail oriented, with correct orders, perfectly cooked foods, free of grease, with meats centered, &proper condiments, placed right, & they very seldom miss or mic up an order.
The crew is always friendly, polite, and quick. Together, these things, cleaned floors, rest rooms... etc. makes it about as good as a training facility. Hats off, from management to cleaning help, a classy store!
I'm lucky to live nearby.

This McDonald's is usually pretty good they always get the order usually right. But I really don't like their iced coffee that much I just tried it today.

Usually pretty timely. Just sucks that in the evening they always say their shake machine is down. Just so they dont have to clean it again.
