Amazing customer service! My order was missing a few cookies. Not a huge deal. But I emailed customer service and they refunded me the amount of the missing cookies. Super fast response too

My lady and I went there late at night. Joy was so polite and helpful as we ordered, explaining in detail the various options and remaining patient even while the store became busier. She was so polite and truly made it a great experience, we can’t wait to go back.

We heard so many good things about Insomnia cookies, that we had to go and buy some. We purchased an assorted box of cookies, six total. All were warm, moist and delicious! We ate three. Saved the other three for later. Don't worry. Or cookies won't get hard because the box they came in can be used to teheat them back up. Looking forward to our next box of Insomnia cookies.

We sent a few dozen cookies from NJ to RI for our son's birthday and James made sure they arrived on time and were right out of the oven. I would absolutely send Insomnia cookies again and I hope I get to work with James!

Not really a need for a review these cookies speak for themselves. All you have to do is try them once and you'll see for yourself. I've been to several of these joints and never had a bad experience or a bad cookie! Definitely recommend. awesome after a night of food and drinks.

Insomnia Cookies are the best!

1) I found it very easy to complete my order online.
2) My order was made fresh and "DELICIOUS" (the cookies were still warm when they arrived).
3) Quinn, the delivery girl was very pleasant.

I have never had a bad experience at any Insomnia Cookies I have been to in MA and RI. The staff is always so nice. The cookies are so warm and soft and it is one of my favorite guilty pleasures!
