Let’s face it, nobody wants to have to use a place like this. However these guys consistently impress me with their customer service and the quality of their work. Had an iPhone 11 screen replaced $50 cheaper than quoted by the competitor. Done in 1 hour when the competitor said it would be a week to get the screen. Also my son jumped in the pool with his phone and they got it working after we couldn’t. Best of all, the service was $20 to try and $50 total only if it worked. I highly recommend this locally owned business!

Had an iPad charger break off in charging port. Fixed it within 20 minutes! Great business! Will definitely recommend and use KBA again!

While passing through town on a Friday evening, I stopped by to ask about my phone which had a long-standing charging issue. After taking a look, young man at the counter said he could probably fix it very quickly. In very short order, I was out the door with a fully functional phone. Very glad I stopped - very professional and helpful staff.

I dropped my phone and the touch screen stopped working. These guys were great, they worked on my phone trying to fix it without replacing the part for almost an hour, but it ended up needing a new part to make it functional. I decided not to have it fixed right then and there was no charge!

The guys there (I can't remember their names) were super friendly, very knowledgeable and patient with answering my questions. No pushy sales here! If I decide not to fix my phone, I will be taking it here for data recovery. This place was great, recommended them highly!!!

Tanner was awesome! He fixed my iphone 11 screen right away in less than 30minutes. I walked in the store with no hope of getting it fixed as it got run over by a car on the road (how it got there is another story ;). He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It is really nice having a local business that can get the job done. Nobody likes having their phone not work and KBA knows your time is valuable. They've helped out me and my family and have a fantastic job of getting our phones in great working order. I only had one problem and they were quick to get it fixed for no additional charge! The quick turnaround was awesome! I was able to have my computer back within 24 hours with a new SSD installed. I highly recommend this company and will be a return customer for sure!

These guys answered their phones immediately and were friendly when answering all of my questions.
My S10 broke in vacation, my screen went out while on a hike.
They were able to repair and fix my phone in less then a week.
Afterwards, they helped me with swapping out my Sim cards and installed a screen protector.
Worth the service to have all my passwords remembered and pictures.

I had a question/problem with my cell phone not charging. In 5 minutes the female charging port was cleaned at no charge. And the problem was solved. I gave the guy $10 for his time and told him thank you we need to keep him in business.

I've had KBA help fix a couple of things for me over the last couple of years, and they've ALWAYS done an exceptional job!!! They are able to locate the problems right away, and get what needs to be replaced as soon as they can.

Not to mention - they're incredibly friendly!! KBA is the best for all your technology related needs!!

My experience working with KBA Technology owner, Kyle, was 5 star. As a new Mac users, he helped me over several days with various hands-on technical steps to transfer IPhone photos and videos to my MacBook and transfer photos and videos from several external drives. He was always polite, patient and cheerful. You can tell Kyle really enjoys his profession and is very knowledgeable with Apple products. KBA Technology service prices are reasonable and transparent. I highly recommend this business and we will be returning as customers if we have further Apple product service or repair needs.

You guys are AMAZING. I dropped off my smashed up iPad screen today and just got it back a few hours ago, I was expecting this to take at least a week! I’ve had horrible experiences with CPR in Hudson and am thrilled to have found a company that is on top of things. You guys rock!

I went there because I wasn't getting my e-mail messages on my IPhone. I didn't know if they could help me because I thought they only fixed screens and hardware, but the person working there was able to get me on the right track and I got it fixed. He was very helpful (:

Kba repaired my outdated laptop for half the price I expected, and then actually honored the warranty without any resistance or complaints. I plan to bring all of my future repairs here.
