Jersey Mike's Subs

Went to Jimmy Johns yesterday, that was a HUGE mistake. They are really starting to go downhill. Maybe that’s not such a bad thing. The owner is an avid, rare large game trophy hunter, which I personally think is disgusting.
Glad Jersey Mike’s around to take their money. It also helps that the food was delicious, the service was great and it was the same price if not cheaper.

While ordering on the app, it asked for the name of who the sandwich is for. For fun, I added "Goddess Jaimie", lol.

When I picked up my order, the employee was smiling in fun and I was so focused, I didn't realize why but it was still pleasant.

The next day, while on my lunch break at work, I realized why he was smiling. I wish I would have caught on so I could laugh with him. He wrote it with empjasis and it was super cute. This made my day! Thank you for the excellent customer service!

I walked in a few minutes before close (as did several others) and the staff was SOOOO nice and accommodating despite obviously being stuck there longer with a late line. The food was perfect and so appreciated as I was on my way to a place with no food. You guys rock. I’ll see ya again soon I’m sure!

Absolutely amazing service. The team on Sunday June 12th fulfilled my stupid instructions about hating pickles but wanted to try a small portion of my partners sub. They did, labeled it, left a pickle buffer zone and included this note on my cookie. By the way, Yes, I liked the #9 a lot. So nice to have a team have fun with our crazy asks. As always, we’ll be ordering again very soon and a #9 for me!

Could somebody clean up the tables ,

Great experience every time I've been here... at least six times in the last two months. I hope to be building more in the area so I can have this for lunch more. Friendly staff, consistent quality and great value for the money. Highly recommend!

Jersey Mike’s is one of my favorite sub places to go to and this location never disappoints. They are always having a good time and joke around with me as well as ask how my day’s going. The food is great too!

We ordered ahead, and and it was very busy when we picked up. We could have used some signage to direct us where to go to pick up an order. If there was some, I did not see it. The staff were very friendly and effecient.

Regardless of how busy the staff is at this particular location, they are friendly, fun and energetic. Today the line backed up to the door but I was in and out within 5 minutes. They’re clearly a team and work well together. I’ve started to frequent this location solely due to my experience and excellent service every time I’m in. Thanks Lavelle and the rest of the staff for being genuine and fun people. See you all in a couple days!

Okay so I never write reviews but I just went in here to grab a sub cause I wasn’t feeling a burger or Chinese and this was my other option. But let me tell you it was an experience that made my day. What a fun staff - gave me great energy and advice about their favorites. And who knew sandwich making was an art form! It was a fun time. Also told me to write a review and I thought why not. Only complaint - wish I had gotten the checkout / sandwich guy’s number! Whoever was working Wednesday night June 2nd deserves a raise.

I was met by LEGEND my first time at the store with an incredible and enthusiastic greeting. He and the staff customized my order to perfection. I have experienced the same upbeat and professionally attitude every time since then. The unique sandwich and awesome attitude keeps me coming back for more!

This one is in the strip mall just east of the St Louis Park Costco, across the parking lot. They're open to 9pm every day. Always good, friendly, quick service (in/out less than 10min), and a nice selection of sandwiches-- including veggie and gluten free options-- with almost all the condiments you'd want. I think they only do sub sandwich bread, but have a selection of those too. Can't go wrong!

The staff was great, super friendly. They slice everything to order, the bread is nice, crusty outside, chewy inside, still dusted with a little bit of cornmeal. Quality of the food is excellent and you can taste it. Great place to go when you are craving a good old-fashioned sub.

This West End location in St Louis Park has a great team of employees. The lines may be long at lunch time, but they make your food order quickly and never keep me waiting. My sandwich orders are always accurate and delicious and the staff is friendly.

Waiting for my order to be made was long but definitely worth the wait! I can’t imagine what’s going through their mind when order tickets are being printed out non stop!! This place is sure busy and good subs!

I regularly order large amounts of sandwiches for my work, and the team at this Jersey Mike's has been absolutely stellar. 10/10!

THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! When we told the guy taking our order that we have never been to Jersey Mike’s before he lit up and was so helpful! He was hilarious, so nice, and sold us on now being the biggest Jersey Mike’s fans. He made our entire night!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Jersey Mike's location. I was really unsure of what to order because I haven't been at Jersey Mike's in while and the dude behind the counter who was super chill helped me decide and gave me a recommendation to order the Chipotle Cheese-steak. Overall, I was really impressed with how good my cheese-steak tasted and the fact that the staff here especially that dude were just really nice people.
