Quinnten is the man! Great service team with knowledgeable and helpful staff. When my cars battery died, Quinnten let me take his portable jump starter for free to jump it. I’ve visited this AAP multiple times before and have never had a bad experience. 5 stars 👍🏼👍🏼

Staff was extremely helpful. Was trying to help someone jump their car to no avail. Stopped by to see if anyone could help. Employee was able to help diagnose the issue and get us the tools we needed to fix the problem. Got the car up and running again thanks to the helpful employee behind the counter!

Great experience, took 30 seconds to get someone to test my battery. The readout on their machine is clear and easy to understand. I had them replace my battery and the one they recommended me was actually reasonable, as I could have paid way more for a battery that would also fit. They installed it quickly while I just chilled in the car. All in all it took like 15 minutes! Perfect experience.

The store clerk came over to help me when he noticed I had been staring at my phone for a while. Not only was he helpful in getting me the correct air filters I needed, but he was super cute to boot. Filters are now installed and I'm breathing clean air once again. I'll be a return customer when the time comes.

Super helpful! I went in to find a part for my hood latch on the advice of a mechanic at an oil change facility. The guy behind the counter, who I think was shift lead, went out to my car to take a look. I didn’t actually need a part, just a piece was moved out of place. He showed me how to move the piece back into place if the problem happens again. I know nothing about cars and he explained everything in a way that made sense. Will definitely shop here moving forward and recommend to friends!

2 minutes before closing I came storming into this store hoping to find break pads for my car that was already all taken apart, and was afraid it would be too late, doors locked, and store shut down for the night. Needless to say, I was completely wrong!!! Was greeted, helped, and was shocked by the excellent customer service experience. Very hard to find good business like this around anymore!

Needed a new battery for my father's car which sat for nine months without being used. These guys are great, they tested the old battery and sold me the correct battery the first time. I look forward to their expertise for my next purchase.

Good variety of parts and helpful staff

I called four different places for the same $35 part and the guy I spoke to at Advanced Auto was the nicest of all four. Very patient, understanding, and was willing to price match a competitor. Definitely would recommend.

Great price, helpful people, outstanding advice! Just a note though sometimes the online price is lower than in-store. They'll match it when they can, but often they can't so they're very accommodating as you purchase it online for at store pickup and grab it before you go it takes an extra five minutes but they're very understanding and helpful about it!

Always buy my auto needs here. The people that work here are very kind and happy to help you out. Very helpful when I came in with a problem with a part that I bought from them. Problem was not their fault, but they still took care of it for me.
