Dunkin'

Food and drinks are generally good. Some employees are nice but others clearly do not want to be there.

Staff here are hard working and always do an amazing job

Best Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. When ordering the crew were respectful, professional, and attentive. My order, SEC and hot cocoa, for the first time was made as asked and wasn't overly greasy or hot. This is how I wish all shops operated.

Wanted to commend a young lady here named Shavonne. (She has been a fill in at Arsenal st Watn,NY Dunkin recently as well.) She gets the order right Every time and it is evident she loves her job & is the sweetest person ever! Even when it is Super busy she keeps it cool,gotta love that Rare old fashioned service & because of it,I will be back for sure... ;)

They were up front with the items that weren't available. Though I wish that they had pumpkin flavored munchkins all the time.

usually i find that Dunkin is less consistent than Starbucks but I came here three mornings in a row and the coffee was great each time. They also had the bagel i wanted each time as well.

Got hash browns for my son, but he fell asleep in the dt line, so I decided to try one and accidentally ate them all. Best hash browns I've ever had eating out, and I'm dying to know the secret. 😂

Server was new but very nice, area is large and not congested. Windows encourage shoppers to move in an orderly manner. Very nice!

I’ve learned something today, if you order online and select drive thru pick up go through the drive thru. I thought the drive thru line looked too long so I went inside and it’s taking longer than if I’d’ve just sucked it up and went thru the drive thru. I wanna thank the staff for putting up for my nonsense

Depends which one you go to. Arrived at closing at Montrose and the guys were great and served us coffee even though they were closing. Lucky store for such good workers...

Dylan made a fantastic cup of coffee for me would go back everyday if he worked more.

I love Dunkin’s coffee especially the Americano. I am hoping they will more healthy based breakfast made whole plants and grains!

The girl at the window, Sandy, gives awesome customer service every time I see as well as Haley. Both of them are super sweet and always have a smile on their face and it's awesome :)

As for the local Dunks, this place is the only one we will go to. They know how to keep the Dunkin name running, and take care of their customer.

Best dunkin donuts ever! Coffee is a huge thing for me and they are always on point when it comes to my order. They are awsome!!!!
