Bought my first MTB from them today, having used a Specialized road bike for years. These guys are super knowledgeable, very attentive and quick. I listened to a service call come in while I was checking out and heard the customer quoted a 2 week wait time which, in the peak of the season, I felt was pretty reasonable. This shop is miles better than the other Specialized dealer on the north side.

I’ve been doing business with this store since we moved into the area a little over a year ago. They have assembled two bikes that I’d had shipped here, and I’ve purchased several accessories. The guys have always been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, and both bikes they assembled were tuned well and are still running great. They’ve definitely earned the five stars I gave them.

This store, and the Bike mechanic that I worked with exemplifies what a customer service encounter should look like. You get a range of products to choose from, the staff is exceptionally knowledgeable. The bike that was in stock was not forced on us rather, once my needs were understood - Jimmy; found me the perfect bike well-suited for my needs, and built it for me. When I test-rode what he had built, It fit me like a glove. I do not think I will ever go back to any other bike shop in Carmel. This is the beginning of a very long relationship.
