I appreciate their hours of 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. It's perfect for people like myself who work "banker's hours." The Firestone near my house opens at 8 and closes at 5.

I stopped by this morning in a rush, with a quick question regarding my tire pressure sensors being off. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful. I asked what I would I need to do in order for it to be taken care of, and he explained. I was walking inside to get a price on it, but he said he could look it up right here.

I came out of work and had a flat tire. I have about a 45 min drive home from work and i was littlery stranded. Across the street from my work there was a Firestone so i drove my car over and they quoted me way to high a price i went outside to try to figure out what i was going to do and the nan that was behind the counter, came out and let me know that he found me another tire cheaper but it was at another store. He said he would send someone to go get it if i wanted it. He ended up saving me 60 bucks and i was very grateful to him for that! # customerserviceatitsbest!

My Mother and I were on our way to a funeral when we discovered a screw in our rear tire. We found Firestone on Howard in Biloxi just a half a mile from the discovery. Jim Richards and Robert Kline were exceptionally friendly and helpful! The tire was repaired and these guys had us in and out within 40 minutes. Excellent work fellas!

They worked me in on what I thought was a tire issue while I was visiting my sister. Knowledgable and quick but also honest that I didn't need to spend hundreds of dollars and was only $20. Overall great experience. Thank you all!

Came in with my family on a Sunday. They were very helpful and quick. The sales associate sent someone to pickup the tire needed from a store nearby. While waiting for the tire, the Firestone team had my tire off and was ready to receive the new tire. Withing 45 mins, we were back on the road. Thanks again.

Had a blowout while visiting the area and ordered a replacement tire from here. They told us it would take 2 days for it to arrive. On the third day, we were waiting in the shop as the tire continued to get delayed from FedEx, it did not seem like there was anything Firestone could do about it. After a full day of waiting, the tire was still not there. The staff was very apologetic and offered 4 tires to us at a great price and installed them for $40. They made the best out of a situation where they weren't at fault. Great service.

After calling every tire shop in ocean springs and getting told they were either understaffed, extremely long wait time, or that the tire had to bought through them in order for it to put on. I gave these folks here a call and explained my situation they told me they have me in and out in no time at all and they did exactly what they said. I pulled in completed the paperwork and I was pulling out 20 minutes later. THEY WILL DEFINITELY GET MY MONEY EVERY TIME!!!!

We were in town on a little get a way and the car started pulling to the side so we figured we had better get it checked out right away, the guys in this shop were so nice and helpful, they even found out a nut on our front rear control arm was majorly loose, that would have killed us if it came off while driving! They took care of that no charge! We got the alignment we came for, some knowledge about our car they explained to us and we’re out of there in 30 minutes! Thanx guys, keep up the good work, u don’t find many places with good people like this anymore

Early this morning I hit a curb pretty bad. My truck was pulling heavy to one side. Came in to check it. Got to Firestone 10 min before opening and Jim the manager opens up for me early and got my vehicle on the lift quickly. The alignment was off. Jim was also the one to personally do my alignment. Which I greatly appreciate because most managers don’t. Great great great service !!!!!

We’re from Pensacola, Florida and took a short overnight trip to Biloxi Mississippi.
We noticed our front tire was losing pressure, so we found a gas station with an air pump, filled the tire.
I had seen a Firestone Complete Auto Care Store, in our drive around, so I googled the number(a toll free number for appointments) the guy asked us which store, we said, on Howard Dr., so he set us an Appointment for the next morning at 10am.
When we got there he couldn’t find our appointment, but said he could get us in.
The store was a little dirty and the coffee in the coffee pot looked like used motor oil…Lol, but the guys there were SUPER NICE, we were in & out in no time. THANK YOU FIRESTONE‼

A/C stopped cooling on the way to Biloxi. Called early morning and Robert said they could handle it. Even took me back and forth to the Beau. Complete recharge of A/C under $200. Great, friendly service!!

I was on a trip from Birmingham, Al to Biloxi, MS last night with a friend. It was very dark on the freeway. We ran over some kind of large object and were fortunate not to have had an accident. We kept driving incredulous that my friend’s Mini Cooper was seemingly undamaged. However, after a couple of miles we heard a grinding toward the rear of the car. I suggested that we take it in to Firestone today. I have used Firestone for years and have always had genuine, honest and the most excellent results from them. When we arrived at this location (Howard in Biloxi, MS) we did not have to wait even 5 minutes for Jon, Robert & Jesse to service the car. A part underneath the car had come loose and the grand total was $10.69 to just push it back up in the proper place. Also, all 3 employees were extremely polite, courteous and funny! I commend these 3 employees highly and recommend Firestone to any prospective car owner that will accept nothing but the best in workmanship and in the high quality of their employees. You will not be disappointed.

While visiting from Atlanta, got large bolt on tire. Took car to them, as they were closest to our hotel but also aware of some of the other reviews.

They were able to patch the tire and was out the door in just under an hour. And they charged a reasonable price. We made it back to home no problems.
