Pizza Hut

I recently gave a complement on pizza hut... But last night I was very disappointed about the order and the way the Manager (Ebony) handled the situation was so unprofessional as if it wasn't a big deal that my order was not correct. I just didn't think she was interested in remaking the pizzas over and on top of that I was told I would only be credited $10 when I had just made a $40 purchase.... So rude., impolite and unjustly management. Even if her attitude was nice I probably would have felt a little that she was concerned but I guess some people manners are on DISRESPECT .... I WAS NOT RAISED LIKE SUCH....

Very nice and clean restaurant. The floors seemed a little slick everywhere but appeared clean. The restrooms were clean. My family and I had the buffet and some Burnin Hot Buffalo Wings and a salad. All of the food was excellent. Our waitress (Doris) was excellent, one of the best waitresses we have seen in a long time.
Overall we all gave 👍👍.

These guys were awesome. They had to close early but made sure to call me so I could pick up my pizzas ASAP

Easy to order, ready when I arrived & still hot when I got it home. Tried the new Edge for 1st time. We are big fans of thin crust pizza. The thinner the better. The Edge has a great thin crust w toppings all the way to the "edge". Yum!

Excellent! My family loves coming here. The pizzas very good and the staff is awesome. They are very friendly and will even make jokes and have a conversation. We have been here about 5 times since moving to the state 2 months ago. They so far have been the best place to eat. Most places so far the food hasn't been that good or the staff is not friendly. Every time we been here they have did a great job of both. The place is very clean, cheap prices and very quick as well.

I haven't been to a pizza hit in years. This however was a good way to revisit them. The place is clean and the staff friendly. And also the food was absolutely fantastic. Skip the other locations and stop in here. You will not be disappointed. Oh and if Nicole is working she is one of the best waiters I've had in a long time.

Best Pizza Hut in Alexandria! Got a pizza yesterday and the stuff crust was messed up. Called and they made me a free pizza for the trouble. Aaron the Manager is a top notch guy. I really appreciate them willing to make things right. Clean Facilities, Great Customer Service, Great Overall experience!

The work staff was pleasant and polite. They were quick to make our order and didn't bother us much as we ate which I found very nice. Prices were decent for the quality of food and quantity of food. Would recommend coming here with more than one person to finish off the food.

Great taste and pizza was fresh and yummy.
Owner was very nice and kind to us to give a new veggie pizza as the first order came in with chicken.

We’re visiting from out of town and are staying at a hotel nearby. When we travel, we’re usually too tired to go out and most of the time order Pizza Hut. This was, BY FAR, the best pizza that we’ve ever had from a Pizza Hut. Delivery was prompt! Wonderful!!!

Great service, and good food. We got there as they opened and the buffet was fully stocked, hot, and ready to go. Newly remodeled too, and the setting is quite pleasing.

Omg im from cedar hill tx an i order this particular pizza often the pork garlic parmesan pizza an down here in Louisiana they have a drive thru window which i loved and the pizza was so i cant describe it the chesse didnt look over cooked dry or had the meat was big an the pizza was full of meat smh so Disappointed in my own city but the pizza was scrumdidlyuptious...

Pizza is always good at this location . Never dissapoints . I live way out of town of this location and by pass 2 other closer pizza hut locations. I order and drive alot further because always delicious and very friendly staff.

I always have trouble ordering online so I went in person. They helped me to do my order online. They were glad to be able to help me. They were very sweet & kind
