Set Google Maps to use shortest route as best roads sends you a long way to get there. Sports bar atmosphere very busy the night I picked up spaghetti and meatballs with a salad for my wife. She liked spaghetti and meatballs very much but not the salad. I found the salad quite tasty with the unidentified dressing sent with it. Price was reasonable. Service was good but place does not appear to be well prepared for pickup of call in orders. Worth repeating.

Rotolo's Craft & Crust has a very inviting and relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The calamari to start with was spectacular, and the truffle burger was amazing, but the star of the evening was definitely the deep dish, it was next level. The only down side was that our waitress disappeared a lot and didn't keep our drinks filled.

The sauce Rotolo's uses for their food is authentic Italian sauce. It is hands down the best Italian food in Alexandria. I've tried the pizza and lasagna and can't wait for more.
I will try the pizza next time.

Good pizza for reasonable prices. Great location in an upscale area, too. They have a patio for hanging out.

The $7.99 calzones on Wednesday can't be beat. Best value in town.

Very good service and great food! Prices weren't bad, and the guitar player is a nice touch if you decide to dine outside in their patio. Overall 5 STARS

The list of goodies given to me to choose from did not include their specialty pizzas. We got two different ones and they were sooo good! And the truffle fries were to die for! The service was great!! Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic food and drink menus, and selection of beers. This isn't your $5 pizza chain, these are custom made pizzas to order. Service is friendly and prompt, but can slow down a little sometimes if the restaurant is completely full. When the weather is nice, you can sit outside on the adjoining covered patio.

Every item we've tried as a family has been phenomenal.

Even with the staffing and supplies issues they've encountered with COVID, they've still maintained the quality in atmosphere and dining they started off with.

It is a tad on the pricey side, however you're paying for the quality ingredients and the time and care they put into making these dishes.

If you haven't been, I urge you to try it. You won't be disappointed.

We got the deep dish. It was big enough to share between 3 people. It tasted amazing. My 2 girls got the pepperoni pizza slices. They are HUGE, and so good. (One of my girls let me sample her pizza.)

Changing From 1 star to 5 stars after a return visit.

My wife and I decided to try it out again and give them a second chance, without mentioning the previous experience to the staff this time so it wouldn’t factor in on the service.

We had a totally different experience this time. We were seated immediately, like last time, but we received very quick and professional service from Ryan. Food was great. Glad we gave them a second chance. We will be back for sure.

My wife and I went on Monday 1/11/21 around 6pm. Several empty tables so I was shocked a little bit. Expected it to be busier at that time. Our first time and we were looking forward to trying it.

The hostess greeted us and was very friendly. Sat us right away.

However.........14 minutes later, we left, after receiving no service whatsoever including no drink order. A server never came to our table. Tables around us were waited on several times as we sat and watch. Others came in after us and got served. As we were leaving, we politely let the hostess know. She apologized and offered to get us service but at that point we just wanted to leave.

This is where you should go great food great service. As for work there that's another story it lacks management only work 5 hours a day never order what's needed day shift leaves mess for night shift to clean up and got hired for full time never made full time hours no pay stub your direct deposit comes late cause she for got it's a big problem over there the owner needs to see about his company before it's ran in the ground

Awesome food! WE had the first timer pizza was fresh out the oven. They have awesome cheese fries too they only use fresh ingredients. Service was awesome ask for Jake he will serve you with a smile.

Came here with a group of new hires, service was great and food was delicious. We appreciate them dealing with such a large table on a Sunday night

Everyone is friendly. I love the location. Big THANK YOU for having vegan options. It’s not your traditional fast food pizza joint and that’s what I love about it. Definitely will be coming back.

Pizza was amazing kind of like New York style. But the wings are some of the best I've had in a very long time. I eat a lot of wings so I would know.

Love the food & live music on the patio.
