The Vegan Ice Cream here is among the best I have ever had. The Customer Service and Staff are also great!!!

Drive thru is relatively quick and orders are always correct. Employees always seem on point.

The drive-thru usually moves slow... so going inside is sometimes a better bet. Make sure you check your order because they do have a tendency to mess up.

The reason I am giving them 1 star is because service means everything to me and they always have teenagers working there. All they do is talk and talk rather focusing the customer in hand. They also don’t pick up my call every time I have called!

Starts provided - negative. I am giving 1 star as have no other option.... I called up the store to enquire about NFL theme cakes.. the lady could not understand what I was trying to say she hung up!!! I called up the store again .... The lady on the phone could not understand what I was talking about. She was conveying every message/question to the baker and he was replying back to her and then she was telling it to me... When I requested her to let me talk with the baker directly... she hung up!!!!! I mean.. no need to have a phone in store if you simply wanna HANG UP!!!
