Love that Lil Chic. It's expensive but 😋 delicious. There was a young lady, very young learning to take orders and run the cash register. Very sweet.

Service was quick and polite, bacon, egg, cheese,biscuit was very good.

What a wonderful crew y'all have. Everyone was so precious and professional. Took great care of us, we're from Texas first time eating here. Great food and awesome people.

This was not only the busiest Krystal I've ever been too, but also the best. Wow, do the staff work hard! I'm impressed! Food was of the same quality I expect at Krystal. If I lived closer, I'd be a repeat customer.

Great lil burgers and fries. Always stop at a Krystal when headed east. We love them.

Krystals is one of my faves! My family loves it too. I’ve never had any issues at this location. The food is always good and the staff has always been friendly. You just can’t beat their Apple turnovers!!

Nice and convenient to travel roads. Reasonably quick for Krystal. Loved the new chicken Krystal. Totally changed from the hockey puck nugget style to the Popeye’s Chicken style. Worth a stop.

Usually I have good experiences with this store branch... It was no exception today... Very kind, quick, and courteous. Although they didn't have all the items I ordered, they made sure I was satisfied with the substitutions. Overall food is great, hot , and prices are affordable.

Saturday Feb 9, 6pm. It's very hard to impress me anymore in this day and age we all live in. But this store did it. Very nice Krystal restaurant all the way around. Well kept, professional team working together. The very curtious young lady working the counter and all over, seemingly running this well oiled crew (I think she is the manager) was amazing not just with me but I overheard her going out of her way to help and accommodate other customers as well. I'll go back just to watch this show again

Very friendly staff. Food was good and hot.

Tonight, 8pm 3/14/2021, was not a good night at Krystal in Brandon, MS drive-thru. I guessed they were short staffed just from the lengthy line. And it was slow going. When I finally got to the window to pay/get my order I could hear the exhaustion in her voice. Bless their hearts, they were working like crazy to take orders (still only open for drive-thru) AND cook/prepare the orders! Just two employees were at work! There were probably 15 vehicles that pulled into the drive-thru line but left without placing an order, because, I suppose, they were there too long. They missed getting to see how hard those TWO employees were working to do their jobs! I neglected to get their names, but it was a woman taking the orders, and a man on the grill! My hat is off to them both and I'm thankful for the job they're doing!

Wasn't as timely as I would have liked, but it was a large order and was fresh.

Their bacon cheddar fries are my favorite.

Had a great experience with my daughter there. We ate supper and watch a funny show while in the dining room. Meal was hot and correct as we ordered. That's all we asked for. Thanks Krystal my daughter loves them. #Krystals4life

Food was great was a little slow had one thing and it took 15 to 20 mins to get it but over all food was great and that says alot 1

The staff was very friendly and attentive. My breakfast was good but my eggs got cold really fast.

Breakfast was hot and fairly quick. The employee working the window has an amazing personality and made the experience great.

Food was fresh and staff were friendly, and the place was clean and they got my order ready in an acceptable time frame, so what more can you ask of a fast food eatery.

My favorite since I was a small child. Chili is great. Burgers are great. My granny and daddy worked in the 60's together at one in ATL. Family tradition. Mall on that exit. Lube center next door. Tifton,GA
