I love my post office and postal workers, they bust thier buts- should be paid better and treated with respect and decency, however they need to not get in neighborhood business, I have had a hellfire storm living above me and she manged to turn it worse in some ways, not cool- still love her!!! but- she has no idea the torture I have endured from the tennats above me. I have never seen so many people be allowed in one apatment, they slide it by cauae at night or weekend...alsol abuse animals and beat one another, scream at top of lungs multiple times a week - even inna day. It is what anyone would pray to not live around. Ive been told thats, thier right.

Love this post office. I get mail delivered to my house every day. Delivery people are friendly and helpful. I've never had a problem with service or delivery.

Use this post office to ship multiple times per week and the staff is amazing! They really know their stuff and are courteous customers.

Props to Tamara & Kevin for their professionalism, helpfulness & courtesy! Thanks for all you do.

The service was fast and the employee was very pleasant.

Getting better and better

There is man that works there, (sits in the far left seat as you are facing the counter), that has helped me out numerous times, just being kind and thoughtful, so I revised my review bc I am thankful that this gentleman made the St Ann Post Office a much better place. Thank you sir. 🌻

Very Disappointing. If you need something expect to wait. This location is slow. Expect delayed shipping. Just not right.

I have lived on my street for about 26 years. I have received other peoples mail, however, never really had a problem until now. I ordered a special gift for my husband for fathers day. The website showed it was delivered May 25th. When I called the post office, I was told two different stories. First that I was sitting on my porch with my dog and the carrier handed me the package. Second, the carrier knocked on the door and handed me the package. I explained to the manager, Denise, I didn't see the carrier and myself nor my neighbor received mail that day. I told her if the carriers would stay off their phones and concentrate on the mail delivery, less problems would occur. She said she would speak to the carrier and call me back. That was last week and still have not heard back from her.

Only 1 item delivered today when in fact I paid for priority shipping 2 days. Man this is ridiculous I’m sure you all have a overwhelming job but can you all please hire more carriers so tenants can receive packages on time since they are paying. But not receiving the service. 2 items should have been sent out to me. I’m highly frustrated

They will lose your mail, mis deliver packages and swear the deliverer knows he dropped it off to your front. You have to call & hold forever, or go up there for them to fake look for your item they lost. They get 2 stars because when i go in office to send deliveries off the staff is nice. Slow, but nice.

They have a couple good employees but the rest honestly don't care about the customer. I really wish they would get automated kiosk in their lobby so I wouldn't have to deal with the employees.

The postmaster at this one is constantly changing and refining policies in weird and unexpected ways. It makes dealing with these guys, and their deliveries extremely difficult. I need some consistency.

I am done with this post office. I can't trust them with my mail.
After having their driveup mailbox vandalized, it was months and months before it was replaced.
I dropped three bill payments in the new box and am still waiting for them to clear the bank two weeks later.
I told this to the workers inside. Their excuse was because of the holidays, the downtown p.o. was backed up.
What a crock!

Never thought I would write review about post office in St. Ann. The post office by the Community center seriously is lacking leadership and Motivation. I gave gone here the last 4-5 times in 6 months. They haven't been busy. And just 2 get 2 stamps and a envelope took 20 plus mins. And they wasn't busy at all. They still making people stand in lobby 1 at a time to get stamps and envelopes even tho the pandemic is over. I live in the area so I have no choice unless I want to go completely out of my way to another post office. This is ridiculous and the workers should be embarrassed.

I have a package to be received by CHRISTMAS it’s December 13 and this package is still sitting at their facility SINCE DECEMBER 7th!!! What a Post Office. Did someone steal it or something?!?!?! If I could give zero stars I would gladly do so!

Now I can see that the US postal system needs to be closed for good, what a joke. They force you to sign up online for passports, and when we showed up to our appointment, the post office was closed. There is no one to call, no supervisor to complain to, and not one person was working. Of course, no cancellation email or call was made to me either, and I had to take off work early to get there. Avoid this location and the US Postal Service all together if you can.
