They’re always the nicest when I’ve made contact with them. The staff is exceptionally kind and I have never had any issues with renting or gaining access at any time. Would suggest renting from them to all my friends or family in need of storage space! 5 star service for sure!! Never left wondering about anything, from rental price to access, it’s amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Spoke to Karen yesterday with a billing question. She researched and called me back with the answer and had it corrected. The place is always clean and accessible and Karen McFadden makes you feel welcome and is very professional.

I needed a storage bin for less than a year . I was a walk in customer and walked away after 10 min with a lock and locker # . The woman was great and smiled the whole time and explained everything without me having to ask. My third payment in I had lost my debt card and cancelled it and the woman ( Karen) I have dealt with has been nothing short of great ! I was given time to get them the information together so my account would be paid . I was never locked out or told not to come on the property . I was never told I could not retrieve property even though my unit was not current. The employees have been sympathetic as well as understanding to my needs and if I ever need to use a storage bin again ? I will be going to Xtra space in Salisbury.

Best customer service I could have possibly experienced. If people were half as kind, considerate, and down to earth as the Extra Space staff, the world would be a much better place. If you have the pleasure of speaking with Karen, consider yourself blessed.

Normally I wouldn't be compelled to write a review of a storage facility and their staff - but found that every engagement I have had with Karen at extra-space has been stellar and worthy of call out. As a business with spaces in 2 different towns , I have often been frustrated by inability to find a real rep and have a real conversation. Karen signed me up - and even months after the initial rental-still continues to showcase an amazing customer service standard and is *always* pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. She's a great asset to their operation-and definitely will be a reason for my continues patronage.

Excellent service from start to finish at the Seabrook location! Karen, the manager was so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and just amazing! Everything went seamlessly, from moving in, to moving out. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a short term, or long term storage solution!

The property itself is very well maintained. Nice and clean. It’s in a nice little area. And I really like that it’s fenced in for security, after hours. And I also really like that we get a gate code to get in after hours if we need to. I definitely enjoy renting my unit here. (The ONLY thing I could complain about is that the unit prices are a lot higher than other facilities’ prices) but other than that, I give this place 5 stars!! Thank you Extra Space Storage!!❤

Love the 24 open hours. I can go there any time I want and not restricted to set times. The office staff is excellent and very accommodating. For easy sign-up to easy going staff and easy access this is the place to go to for your storage needs!
