I felt very comfortable visiting Dr. Martyn, he was very nice. Even though he didn’t find anything, he was very thorough. He said he would follow up on my hospital tests and we would take it from there. I would recommend Dr. Martyn.

Dr. Martyn and his staff are extremely professional, kind and able to put me at ease. I completely trust Dr. Martyn's advice and medication orders. He never seemed in too big of a hurry to listen to my concerns. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Had my first visit with Dr Martyn yesterday.He was very professional and kind I liked him as soon as I met him. He went over some test results with me and explained everything so I could understand it without confusion. I highly recommend him if u have heart issues.

I had tried at least 7 different doctors asking for a Cardioversion (a 10 minute procedure) to put my heart rhythm back into the normal timing. I also presented in 2 hospital Emergency Rooms asking for help with this problem. I was finally accepted for an appointment IN MAY to see a Cardiologist.
Now, this problem had begun the end of February. I had the same problem while living elsewhere and several Cardio-logists had stressed that I should contact them immediately when this happened. It seems the longer the heart beats irregularly, the easier it will "go out" the next time!
After two months of trying to see a Cardiologist, I was told Sweetwater Hospital had a specialist on staff.
Dr. Martyn agreed to see me. We had a very nice first appointment on Thursday and he made arrangements at Tennova for me to have the needed procedure on Monday.
If you have ever been in such a situation, you can understand how grateful I am to Dr. ROBERT MARTYN for caring enough to make this occurrence a "Haunting" from the past!
A-fib will probably happen again, but if it does, I feel like now I have an advocate who is willing to make the remedy a reality. THANK YOU, DR. MARTYN, FOR CARING AND FOR SHARING YOUR TALENTS AND GIFTS WITH ME!

I was treated very kindly and respectfully from checkin to check out. Dr Martyn was very thorough and knowledgeable and put any concerns I may have had to rest!

Dr. Martyn is obviously very knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to me as his patient and was not reactionary. He took time to discuss treatment plans. Overall an excellent appointment. Some of the information on my patient portal is incorrect however.
