The store is very well designed and staffed by excellent and very friendly staff. I was well served and greeted with a smile by any of the store employees that I encountered. This made my shopping experience wonderful. Thank you for the excellent service of your staff.

I haven't been in this store in years but just happened to be passing by. It was clean, well stocked and the staff were so friendly and polite.

They have better prices than any other place in Gananoque. But still how is a person supposed to eat better when a head of lettuce is 5 bucks. Can't afford to buy red meat. Crazy prices... ALL OVER..

Clean, produce is fresh, staff is always friendly and helpful. A good small town style grocery store. A reasonable variety for the size of store. I'm happy to shop here regularly.

Service here is always great, cash is never a long wait and products are easy to find! I always wait for a cashier as I'd rather employ a person then a machine too many of these self checkouts popping up!

Lost my wallet in the parking lot one night, and one of the employees found it! They were quick to resolve the problem and get a hold of me by any means necessary, they contacted me via Facebook which i did not mind at all as I would have been through too much stress replacing certain items in said wallet. So I appreciate the reach out and honesty in finding it and returning it to it's owner! Thank you ladies!

Their store has a large choice of produces,
Cheeses, cold cuts ,breads, etc. They have a lot of choices on just about everything.

The only No Frills store I can actually tolerate (though that generally has nothing to do with the stores themselves). We usually find what we are looking for and the prices are good for all the basic needs. I’m sad they got rid of the boxes at the checkouts but maybe they were under-used and I suppose it’s nice having the extra space there. Service is always friendly and usually pretty quick.

We were visiting for a week and this was our grocery store for the week, much better than the Metro down the road. Well stocked shelves, nice produce, friendly staff and decent prices.

This store has by far the best COVID distancing and safety protocol of the grocery stores in my area I have been at during this crisis so far. The number of shoppers is limited (line up outside). There are direction signs on the floors of the aisles to keep traffic one way. The aisles have been entirely cleaned out of extra displays to allow shoppers to distance from others. Carts are provided free (no coins) and are cleaned by a staffer after each return. The line up to check out is a single one rather than separate ones for each cash, distancing marked on the floor, so that there is no blockage of the aisles. As always, the staff are professional and courteous. Well done, and thank you!

This is a very good store - good size with great selection of items. I was able to get all the items on my list. I have been in some No Frills that have not contained as good a selection. Staff were pleasant too.

I had an amazing experience today! I grabbed the last item in stock of a product hoping they’d have more in the back, Mr.Baldree himself went above and beyond with excellent service grabbing the product off the truck before it could even be brought into the warehouse. I had told him not to worry about it if it was too much of a hassle but he reassured me he’ll get what I was looking for and he did. Not only was the service great, Covid protocols were all in place and it was as clean as could be! Thank you so much Mr. Baldree and staff!

I love No Frills. When your options are frilly patchouli selling coffee house themed grocery stores that charge premium prices, or warehouse Costco style places where often the price can be comparable, but you have to buy a shrink wrapped case of 7 two litre bottles of ketchup, No Frills fits right in between nicely. I've never been able to buy tahini there as they do not stock it, I generally can find whatever I am looking for. Cashier's are always nice too.

This is a nicely stocked store with good variety. I was able to buy short grained rissoto style rice here that i could not get at 2 other grocery stores. Very clean.

A massive super store in Ganinquo catering to almost 90 % of one's household needs. A very useful place with huge variety and kinds of products used in day to day life.

Located at the entrance of small town of Ganinquo , famous for boating and cruises, this place is huge in size and attracts you with wide variety of stuff.

Excellent courteous service! I camp in Gan and I do all our food grocery there, tried other food store and it was terrible not only the service but the quality was awful so only shop at baldree's!
